The staff was helpful, though did not speak much English, so we had quite a bit of usage of the old translator app. The room was comfortable and large enough for one person. Bed was OK, but could have been a bit more comfortable. All bathroom facilities were provided. There is an elevator and so even if you are on the 7th floor, you are still OK and do not need to climb stairs. It is near to an underground station, so there is a kind of direct link to the attractions. There are some shops and there is also a market near enough where you can buy fruit, water and veg should you need it. The view from the room wasn't great, but if you are not bothered by it and you only go there to sleep, it is an OK room. The staff was changing a lot due to shift work and it was kind of confusing at times to explain the same thing to each one of them, especially that they had limited English.
