The room was great, and the view was spectacular. The location was also good, the metro station only a short walk away. The Xuanwu Lake touristic area is 10 mins walk, and nice for sightseeing. The city walls, some of the templeas are also accessible easily. The staff don't speak good English, and some of the facilities are definitely not 5 star. I will consider this hotel 4 star, given the price.

The room is exequisite, spacious, polished and clean Find it a bit difficult at the beginning to make food order by the bar code but was able to get it right later on. Hotel should look at the option of placing order via telephone or other suitable means

The pillows were too high for us. But they have lower ones upon request. They note your request from previous stay which is very nice touch. The room was a bit outdated. One of the tile of the tub was off and movable in the bathroom. Which could be a safety concern.

Overall quality decreased: Floor in the room and the bath tub shows some small damages Tap not well fixed on the sink Cabinet did not clsoe well Roof of the swimming pool has severe damage If you look at the hotel in the details it needs an upgrade

the room, the service. the staff's attitude and ease of asking to reserve taxi to get to where I needed in the city. excellent location attached to mall with plenty of food. lake view and xuanwu lake park access. the booking was cancelled prior to arrival leaving the staff at lobby confused during check in but they upgraded my room in the end to resolve the issue and reassured me that I had a place to stay even with the fully booked status of the hotel.
