The best place for a soul-searching detox and breakthrough. I had the most amazing time here, I am so grateful for all the staff, their wonderful support, and amazing facilities. Especially during this time, I needed a wellness place like this one, and has exceeded all my expectations! It was the perfect place to spend the typhoon, to not leave here, and just purely enjoy everything: the rooms, the space, the two pools, the ONSEN, gym, animals, the food, the VIEW!! And also the room upgrade was spectacular, thank you! Make sure your room is distant from the laundry room if you are sensitive to sound :)

Aged hotel bathrooms w/ hot spring is quite old, but bed room area is clean and renovated , atmosphere is good The room is connected to the backyard. Better close the window while time to avoid bugs

The buffet restaurant has a decent variety of Japanese and Western options (dinner). The hilltop location is quiet. Plenty of on-site free parking. N/A.

Onsen is within the facility and it is already included in the room price. Lounge for softdrinks and good view is also includedin the room price. The facility is quite hugh and need some walk.

Always love the in room hot spring that they have. I would’ve liked it if they had something that supported my back a little more for the tatami room.

*one suggestion is to make a room with an onsen handicap accessible. Maybe have some type of chair that can slowly lower the disabled or aged person into the private onsen.

During the summer break, many young children ran around the hotel, making it a bit less comfortable for us as we were there to celebrate a special family occasion. Additionally, we discovered that the bench in the toilet of our room was not clean.

Staff was very friendly, everything was clean, great view from the room and location was great. The bed was very uncomfortable. I had a hard time sleeping comfortably due to the hardness of the mattress.

It’s in a beautiful location, the view from the room and the bath is incredible, and the 6th floor lounge is a great place to unwind and enjoy some treats. The hot spring bath house next door still requires tattoos be covered. It’s 2025. People of all walks of life have tattoos and don’t cause problems.
