Bedroom was clean and comfortable The gym was terrible, shouldn’t advertise that it has a gym. Was the reason I booked it and it was not worth it. Restaurant food choice was limited to a basic salad only. Considering the location of the hotel (lack of nearby food options) the very limited menu was disappointing

The bed and pillow were so comfortable! Slept really well. Quiet too. Location is not amazing, but then we didn’t pick it for location. It’s good value for money.

Very welcoming receptionist, very comfortable room The restaurant was closed and the bar was definitely overpriced - 45euro for a bottle of wine which would only have cost 15 euro on-line!

Staff. If booking is non-refundable on Booking.com then the credit card details provided to that agency should be sufficient for the reservation. Shower in #307 needs attention. Smart tv would be very useful. Halogen hobs not out if date electric hobs.

The restaurant was closed !! There was a private function and the hotel was full to the brim with people !! We had to use Uber delivery to eat !! The noise from the party kept us awake !! The breakfast area was a total mess !! The breakfast was so awful the hotel refunded us our breakfast cost !! We demand a full refund of the money we paid for the stay, and this hotel be removed from Booking.com’s listing. It is the worst hotel I have stayed at !! Please refund our payment. Everything the hotel is a disaster.

Breakfast was amazing so relaxed and so much choice ,location just as it looks minute from the exterior ring road secure parking it doesn’t get any better The only thing was the restaurant closed at weekends but the bar snacks made up for that

Nothing Everything - starting with no restaurant food available, lack of staff, broken bed and smelly furniture, had to change room at midnight.
