Annunziata Bed and Breakfast

Excellent location within the city. I felt safe as a single woman walking to any of the sights I wanted to see as well as returning later in the evening. Upon my arrival I was cheerfully greeted, shown to my room and all of the amenities were explained. Each day you had wonderful breakfast options to choose from and they were ready for you at a table which overlooked the city! My room was a comfortable size, clean and had a great view!

Staff/hosts great. View from roof/breakfast area amazing. They gave us recommendations and were very sweet and hospitable. Very reasonably priced.

Welcoming vibes, thoughtful touches such as a tray with pretty cookies and a glass of juice in our room when we checked in, a list of recommendations of nearby restaurants (we had the best Napoli pizza at one of those restaurants—flavourful, layered crust and feather light yet held the topping without drooping!), and incredible views from the rooftop terrace where breakfast is served. The staff were responsive and friendly. The location was central and close to 3 metro stations that bring you quickly to major attractions around Naples.

A super hospitable place in the center of Naples. It has everything a guest needs to have a good and cozy stay. The room was a bit small, and the water pressure in the shower could be a little stronger. but compared to the whole experience it is something that you can live with

I think the option of choosing a pastry was great. It would’ve been nice to see more diverse options like more fruit and maybe granola for yogurt and eggs.

Great location between the local attractions of Napoli. Great breakfast. Secured private parking for extra charge. Stuff was very friendly and helped us. They have the most amazing view of Napoli from the terrace roof top where we had breakfast.

The owners were incredibly kind and personable! The breakfast was made to order and being vegan I truly appreciated that! I also booked a space in the garage. They took care of everything for me. Wonderful place all around.

We stayed at this B&B in Napoli at the start of our epic 2 week Italy trip, and it was one of the highlights. The rooftop deck is truly fantastic. You have a 280-degree view of the water and the hills, the volcano, all the buildings...hear the seagulls. We spent the evenings there with a bottle of wine, feeling rather fortunate. The staff was all incredibly friendly. As soon as we got there the owner gave us some delicious homemade pastries to snack on. Breakfast was so delicious - a huge variety of options that we selected via app the day before and ate on the roof with a view of the hills. I wish we'd spent more time there! We missed the sign on the street to ring the bell for the B&B, and went up 6 flights with our bags....which was a lot, but also not their fault at all.

A place that offers exceptional hospitality, attentive and helpful service. The terrace view is stunning. Breakfasts are delicious. Located in the heart of the city, within walking distance to public transport and cultural landmarks.

One night stay so it was fine Construction on the ground floor was annoying to get in and out

We had a wonderful but brief stay here and would absolutely stay here again the next time we're in Naples. The rooftop terrace was a highlight with spectacular views of Naples, as was Maria Laura who warmly greeted us with pastries and refreshments upon our arrival and was available to answer any questions. The bathroom was a bit tired but not a big deal for us.

I absolutely would return to stay here, so friendly and just a lovely family.

Very clean- amazing rooftop view of Napoli- air conditioning was slow but still worked well- the breakfast was pretty good too!! Excellent and easy check-in- very good English! I felt very safe staying here- Napels is CRAZY so feeling safe is important! Excellent location for walking around the Historic District- beautiful old Cathedral’s every where, underground tours and lots of shopping and restaurants- I would totally stay here again!! Excellent hospitality- they had pastries and juice for us when we arrived!! Nothing-
