Set in the former noble residence of Palazzo Donnalbina, dating back to the 1700s, B&B L'Alloggio Dei Vassalli offers elegant air-conditioned rooms opposite the Church of Santa Chiara in Naples. We ended up here unexpectedly because our flight was cancelled, and upon arriving at the airline hotel, decided to rather enjoy our last day in Naples. Booked this last minute for one night, and it was a great experience! I loved everything about this B&B. It is quirky, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. I really liked the virtual check-in as well. The rooms are great, and despite being in a very busy area in the Historical Centre, very quiet and well insulated from the outside. You cannot hear anything from the street. The inside was quiet too, and despite been full (or what seemed full), we didn't hear anyone else at all from our room (room 7). The beds were comfy and the linens were quite luxurious. The whole place is a wonderful respite from the busyness outside. Highly recommend. Will 100% stay here again if ever in Naples again. The bathroom was quite small, but that's very understandable in these old buildings. This was not a huge problem for us though, and certainly has not impacted how much I loved this place.

Location was close to the heart of the city. There was a self-serve laundry directly across the street. The offsite reception desk was somewhat awkward and not always available.

The staff were wonderful. It’s Naples so the city is very busy and the room was a nice place to rest after the craziness of the city.

Mattress was quite uncomfortable, the view to the inner courtyard on the ground floor wasn’t the best, and breakfast was pretty basic.

This was such a charming place. It was a little tricky to find at first but it was a great location. Staff was friendly and helpful and it was a great value. I would return and definitely recommend.

nough Yes, the location was good and good customer service. The room was smaller than my expectation, also the bathroom. I'm 5:3, 145 pounds, couldn't move around in the shower room. I questioned how big people would fit in there.

I've used this B&B before and wouldn't hesitate to use it again. The location is very good and central to everything you could want to do in the main part of Naples. The staff are friendly, the rooms are comfortable, I can't recommend it highly enough. Nothing.

Perfect location. Lovely staff. Convenient coffee and tea. Great room. Nice bed. The only thing and it's small. It be nice to have more shampoo and body soap.
