B&B Le Chiavi Di Casa

Location couldn't be described as central - a little difficult to find. When we arrived at the property at 15.30hrs, during it's Check-in window advertised as 14hrs. to 22 hrs., but earlier than our expected arrival time, we spent 25 minutes outside ringing the doorbell without any response. We concluded the property was no longer available and secured alternative accomodation for our 3 night stay in Naples. After some correspondence with Booking.com, I am pleased to report we received a full Refund very promptly after writing direct to the property.

We were in Italy for three weeks, staying in a number of places. Le Chiavi di Casa was hands-down our favorite stay! The hosts, Benedicta and Davide, are *incredibly* thoughtful and generous. They gave us special food for my dietary issues, they offered restaurant recommendations, including making reservations for us, they booked our cab, they offered rides, they gave us gifts. Hospitality off the charts. And their space is really, really nice. Great lighting, comfy bed, nice decorations. Altogether a WONDERFUL place.

Great facilities and a lovely room. Hosts were excellent and very welcoming. Excellent breakfast. The best guest house I have stayed in, I will be back. Nothing, it’s perfect.

This place exceeded our expectations, in part because the hosts, Davide and Benedetta, are wonderful people. One of the reasons we booked here was the location. The breakfast was amazing and plentiful. One morning we had to leave very early for an excursion, and they made us a breakfast to go. They are very helpful and accommodating hosts. I would definitely stay here again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the place to family and friends. N/A

Accommodating and friendly hosts, great breakfast, beautiful room

They made sure I knew the best way to get to the places I planned to visit, gave me an incredibly detailed map and helped with labelled local bus tickets. They also gave advice on the best days and times to visit certain attractions. The room was beautiful, spacious and incredibly clean. I stayed in five different places during my trip to Italy, all within a similar price bracket, and Le Chiavi di Casa was by far my best experience - I am now trying to recommend Naples as a city to all of my friends just so they can stay here.

One of the best BnB experiences I have ever had in my life! Benedetta and Davide are excellent hosts, and their place is really clean, the room is comfy, and the breakfast is amazing! The location is excellent for those who like to explore the city by foot or public transport. I had a problem with my booking details, and they were kind in helping fix it. I truly recommend Le Chiavi di Casa for a stay in Naples, and my wife and I will definitely opt for it when we visit the city again. I have no complaints about my stay at Le Chiavi di Casa. It was a truly excellent experience.

Exceptionally friendly with very personalized service. Benedetta and Davide not only asked about any dietary restrictions and preferences, they actually went shopping for each guest! Really appreciate also the incredibly helpful recommendations about what to visit. Finding this gem of a B&B was genuinely serendipitous and it made my stay in Naples better beyond just great accommodation. Mille grazie! The only thing to be aware of is that it’s not located in the city center and if you walk there’s a climb that might not be suitable for some travelers.

Both Benedetta and David were brilliant hosts going over and above to help to ensure I enjoyed my stay from start to finish. Great communication, free one way tickets for the train and bus and a lucky charm keepsake to end. Great location. Enjoyed every minute. We had a fantastic stay at Davide and Benedetta's B&B! From the moment we arrived, they made us feel welcome, providing us with all the necessary information and highlighting the most important details about Naples. It was great to know that we could reach out to them with any questions during our stay. The room was excellently prepared, calm, and located in a lovely neighborhood. We were pleasantly surprised that our towels were even changed during our stay – a nice touch of extra care! Breakfast was a delightful mix of sweet and savory options, perfectly setting us up for the day. To top it all off, we received a pack of coffee as a gift – such a nice gesture! The hosts are the loveliest people always ready to help. The breakfast was perfect, a combination of sweet and savoury, always with a variety to local products to try, accompanied with fun chats with the hosts. The location is quiet, the room perfectly clean and cozy, the bed really comfortable. We loved everything about our stay. Thank you ❤️
