B&B Museum

Breakfast was good - rolls and coffee, typically Italian. It is an elevator ride of 5 floors and then another floor of steps.

Marco the owner was very friendly-helpful. Was informative in describing where to visit in Naples. Breakfast was typical for European small inns-continental with fruit, pastry, cold cuts. He made cappuccino that was great. Inn was very close to the metro. It is not fancy but a very comfortable spot in the middle of the city. Tv not very functional. This is a small manner as we were not in our room most of the day.

Marco our host, was terrific. He clearly loved Napoli and gave us a detailed orientation and map of what to do and where to eat. When I asked about nearby gluten free restaurants, he showed up for breakfast the next morning with a giant gluten free croissant with delicious lemon filing he got at the gluten free bakery, Leopoldo, across the street. He went beyond his duty! We had some trouble getting in the first time. We did not have the entrance code and interom did not seem to work. We tried all the listed phone numbers but they did not work. Finally some other guests showed up and helped us get inside.

The exact entrance took a little bit longer to find at first, and there are some stairs leading to the floor that could be a bit hard with heavy luggage. Overall, no big problem.

Marco is an AMAZING host! My daughter, granddaughter, and I felt welcomed and comfortable. The room was very spacious and the beds were comfortable. It's located in an amazing spot, making it easy to get to most attractions and restaurants. We had a great stay and I will definitely be returning.

Marco was so nice! He greeted my husband & I when we arrived, gave us information and details about Naples, and a map! He also gave us his number so we could contact him with any questions. Our room was so clean, and the air conditioning was such a relief!

Marco was welcoming. He showed me areas of the city that I might interested to tour. He also let me drop my bags since I came in before my room was ready.

Very friendly atmosphere and perfect location. I felt comfortable there. It was my second time here and Im sure, i'll be back soon. Marco is very nice guy and he can introduce you into Napoli.

Marco was an excellent host, providing a great amount of info regarding things to do in Naples, train line info and other recommendations He made an excellent cappuccino at breakfast with a good variety of fruits, yoghurts and pastries Thoroughly enjoyed our stay No complaints at all

Superb

The breakfast that was made by Marco was amazing, the room was decent but it didn't have a coffeemaker. The kitchen is really beautiful and the view from the kitchen (which is communal)is superb. The location is in a really strategic point, you are next to centro historico, piazza Bellini and the house is opposite to archaeological museum. The B&B Museum is on the 6th floor and the elevator comes up to 5th floor, so you have to climb steep steps until the sixth floor. It is good to be informed about this, especially if someone with special needs wants to visit this.

Marco was such a nice person! So friendly, helpful and fun. Its a very nice location, its in a typical neapolitan palazzo which was great. Its next to the main street which was supeeer loud, but with earplugs its no Problem:)

The B&B has a great location within the walking distance to most of the main attractions and right next to a metro station. The host is kind and helpful and the room is comfortable. A great find! /
