Best Western Hotel dei Mille

Friendly check in staff and very helpful with taxis and recommendations and everything. There is a nice breakfast buffett in the morning. The hotel is great and clean and big rooms. The hotel itself was great, the only thing is the location which is not the hotels fault but it is worth noting that outside near the train is a bit rough especially for young or solo female travelers at night. Hotel itself is wonderful but outside just be aware.

The wifi kept being turned off. And we called several times, only one receptionist would turn it on for us. The others would not. Also the air conditioning was not working well. We complained about it but were pretty much told to take it or leave it.

Location OK for transport/trips, airport First 3 days without WiFi (staff try to convince us that is was our fault, which was NOT) Then 3 days without lift from 8 to 14 o'clock (we were staying at the 6th floor} Staff in general OK except one person i reception, named Micaela which was rude and unpleasant,

Hotel was really close to the train station. Super convenient. Area is a bit sketchy but the hotel was clean and nicely decorated.

Helpful staff. Very welcoming and clean. Was not expecting the big hot tub. But it was just an overnight stay to catch a n early flight.

- Close to the train station, easy to find. - Street not safe. - The wifi was not available. - Terrible food smell in the room (most probably from the food places downstairs). - Small room. - Dirty floor. - Unpleasant view to the backyard from the corridor windows. - Poor breakfast experience (cold eggs, cheap coffee, not ripe fruits, old pastries, dirty plates and tables, staff acted like they want you to go asap)

Clean, minimalist simple design Thin walls, its like paper. You either hear the people shouting on the street, or you hear your neighbour shouting at his/her kids..

The breakfast was bad. The water was not running at all in two mornings. The neighborhood is scary. The staff couldn't care less.

The location was awful. Dirty, a bit scary. The hotel itself was fine, but not a nice part of town.

Walking distance to Napoli Centrale. Many eateries close by Since the hotel is close to main railway station, the surroundings look ugly and not very clean streets. People who have no jobs just standing as groups and do nothing. Spotted open drinking on street corners. It was little scary when we 1st walking around with kids and family. Looked very ugly in day hours but night hours looked ok (dark and lights hiding lot of unclean streets). However people on streets didn’t bother us.
