Cellamare Suite & Spa

Location good, staff very pleasant and talkative. Hot tub was extremely useful for us into the 3rd week of our travels. The sauna not so good. The sauna wasn’t too useful. Takes a very long time to heat up, timer is very annoying because it turns off before it reaches max temp, so you’re stuck managing it. Expect about 2 hours to reach max. Next time will just book room with hot tub … however, I would come back here!

Quiet and quaint. Offered transfer from train station for 35 euro which was great! No windows for natural light. No hot water in evening for shower - Problem resolved by morning. Silver fish in room.

During my last two days in Room 102, the toilet was leaking, and unfortunately, nothing was done to fix it

The free continental breakfast was a nice touch for the first morning. The staff was extremely friendly and responsive to our needs. They were quick to respond to fix the few items that were lacking. The safe was not working but the staff (Giusy) was able to give us the key to make it work. Over head shower didn't work properly so relied on the hand held shower wand. Noise level from street below at night was loud.

The new host (Mattia) was very helpful and ready to make our travel a nice journey with tips on places to see, restaurants, etc. I personally recommend ANTICHI SAPORI, 20 mts from Cellamare. One important thing is that cars do not enter Via Chiaia, where the apartments are located. This was a bad surprise for us when we first arrived (we stayed at Cellamare in 3 different occasions while we visited other cities. Mattia was kind enough to keep one suitcase for us since we would return. Another important issue for us is that there is an elevator, so you don't have to carry your luggage to the first or second floor. Location was very good. You could walk to many places. It is an old building (as most of Naples buildings) and some apartments need maintenance. On pur first stay, there was the space for a fridge but it was empty. On our last stay there was a fridge but the door was not closing properly so it did not cool well.

Nice mini apartment with jacuzzi and Finnish sauna.Excellent location for shopping and sightseeing. Only two of 5 heaters in the sauna worked so temp was max 55 Celsius after more than half an hour of heating. The staff was friendly and helpful although the knowledge of english might be better. Windows are close to the other building so no sunlight ( that is common in that part of the Naples and i was aware of that before making the reservation).

This suite with sauna and shower was super clean and fresh. I am a little picky when it comes to public saunas and it was exactly what I needed to feel comfortable. Great location for restaurants, shops and transportation. There was nothing I did not like.

The property was bright, comfortable and clean. We were greeted with an array of fruit in the evening and a very copious breakfast every morning. Our hosts were very gracious! There are no negatives!

Gorgeous room! Perfect location right on the street with loads of shops, bars and restaurants! Salvatore the host was so nice and really helpful. There was a concert on so we just parked in the big multi storey and it was a 5 min walk if that with our cases! Concert on but with windows shut couldn’t hear a thing outside even when it was busy! 100% recommend! It was so easy to check in and out too Nothing it was fab

We LOVED our stay at Cellamare suites. The location is amazing to all the attractions of Napoli. Adelaide, who works at the hotel, was so incredible. She met us downstairs, and made us feel at home in Naples. She even recommended our favourite pizza of the entire vacation. Thank you Adelaide for making our trip so special. If you are thinking of staying here, do it. You will be thankful you did. Loved it all.

Fantastic facilities! Exceptional cleanliness. Charming host/manager who went out of his way to make my stay very enjoyable and comfortable. 10 out of 10! Nothing bad to report.
