The hotel is so charming, an oasis in a laneway covered in graffiti. The hotel is old world charm particularly the breakfast room quick is spectacular. The breakfast was good enough with the best tasting biscuit/pastries in Naples! The actual room is a little small but has all you need and a balcony is a bonus. It is a little rustic to be sure, and I found it odd that they didn't have soap or conditioner, but we made do with the liquid shower get and shampoo. No soap, no conditioner, sparse toilet paper allocation.

Central to all areas Unlit dirty street, breakfast could b better. Ran out of eggs and took never to get more & I was there rt after they opened. Hotel was nicer but Naples needs to clean up their trash & power wash

Very central location with lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Very lively street life in the area but quiet around the hotel itself. The hotel is very well maintained and the breakfast room is spectacular! Nothing we didn’t like!

A gorgeous hotel in the historic district of Naples. Brilliant location, clean, comfortable and a great breakfast in the most beautiful dining room I loved this hotel.

Breakfast was good. Beds really hard. Hard to deal with taxis and walking on cobblestone with luggage.

The whole Napoli downtown is full of graffiti and it looks a little bit scary at first. But we had zero issues, and we felt totally safe. That is the vibe of the city so embrace it! Don’t be afraid.

Ask for a room with 2nd floor, echos less and neat feature. Really nice staff members, made you feel like family.

Fabulos location and accommodation. Helpful desk staff A few downsides …. There are no stairs between the second floor and the lobby so if the elevator gets stuck, there’s no way to get up or down. This did happen to us. A huge crowd of people was stranded in the lobby. Also a concern in case of fire. The third morning we were there the breakfast room staff was in an upheaval both at 7 AM when we came down and at 9 AM when our companions came down.

The hotel was really pretty and the staff was so nice. We were only there one night and had to leave early the next morning for a flight. The staff made us up an amazing bag with breakfast items since we were going to miss breakfast. it was so sweet and kind and we appreciated it so much. The bathroom was really small. But, the room was really pretty and comfortable.

Carlos & breakfast went above & beyond for us . It was my daughter's bday & they WERE SPECTACULAR, !!!!!!! Front desk person was beyond rude !! Air-conditioning. BArely worked
