Everything was exactly as described. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore Naples. Vincenzo was an outstanding host—friendly, responsive, and always willing to help. I really appreciated how much he cared about making my stay as comfortable as possible. I truly felt welcomed and would happily stay here again. Overall, I had a great stay. My only suggestion would be to add blackout curtains or roller blinds, as the room gets quite bright early in the morning.

The exceptional customer service from Vincezno from the day of booking to my end date. He went above and beyond to make sure that my stay with my family and friends was exceptional. Friends that I later referred to him spoke highly of him. He's very intentional and made sure we had the best time and experience. The beds are comfortable, and someone comes in every day to clean the room and make the bed. The rooms are big. We stayed in room 3, and it had a self-contained kitchen and 2 bedrooms. There is an elevator, which is a plus in Italy apartments. Pastries were served every morning and had a self-serve coffee/water machine at the hallway entrance. There are 4 rooms in the apartment with room # 3 with 2 bedrooms that can fit 5 people. The apartment is close to metro stations, bus stops, stores, laundromat, and a hospital and restaurants. It is very convenient and safe to walk. I will definitely rebook again and highly recommend. The walk with luggage from the main entrance to the apartment and the A/C in the main room of apartment 3 is not fully cold.

The host was very accommodating. He even sent a video to help get us in the correct entrance and gave suggestions for the best (authentic) Napoli pizza in walking distance. He also helped arrange early morning airport taxis and made our entrance and exit from Napoli much easier and more enjoyable. The rooms were clean and coffee and continental breakfast was provided. We would definitely stay again The shower was a little tricky to figure out without flooding the floor first but the water pressure was fantastic!
