Awesome location in the middle of old town

This B&B is located in an amazing neighborhood in Naples, where right out your door you can walk around a very fun area with many restaurants and shops! Pasquale is an amazing host! I was not feeling very well during my stay and he very nicely checked in to make sure I was getting better. Highly recommend staying here for location and local feel!

Amazing stay in the heart of Naples

It needs a new mattress, new bedding and a general step forward into this century.

The accommodation is situated in a very centric place where almost everything is reachable by walk. Room is clean and the host is always available to help It is important to consider to reach the central station you need to walk around 15-20 minutes or take a taxi

Be ready to walk 60 stairs to get to the apartment. The location is perfect, the shower is good, but warm water might run out too quickly. Bed and pillows are good and we slept really well. Host is very nice and helpful.

The central location was perfect for getting around the city. Pasquale was so accommodating and responded to any queries we had immediately. I would recommend this room to anyone who wants to spend the day exploring Naples then needs practical and pleasant accommodation to rest in!

Location in old town was great, room was basically clean and Pascal was very welcoming. Where to begin! I remain astounded by the overwhelmingly positive reviews for this accommodation which do not reflect our experience. Yes, the room was basically clean but it smelt damp with an odour of cigarette smoke. The furniture, fittings and bedding are dated, shabby and in need of serious attention in order to provide a comfortable and relaxing stay, which was most definitely not our experience. This accommodation cost 90 euros per night and I have a reasonable expectation of a degree of comfort and attention to detail for that amount. I have to say that I have stayed in better standard hostel accommodation for much less. We were relieved to finally leave. Not a pleasant experience at all.

Host was extremely friendly and very helpful in every way. He knew best local pizzeria, cafeteria , taxi etc. Excellent location if you want to experience historical Naples.

A spacious, modest but well presented apartment in the heart of Centro Storico, we really didn't miss anything during our 1-night/2-day stay in Napoli. Pascal is a really nice and accommodating person and gladly assisted us during our stay. If you're there for a night or a week to discover Napoli all over, that would be a great location to make sure you cover most important and central areas. We've adventured even further to south west and it was quick to make our way back with the public transportation. Big food store nearby, best pizza around the corner and the most beautiful Napolitan histories awaiting for you as you step outside the flat. Other notes: really loved the blinds, the buzzing of the street when you open the windows otherwise well soundproofing. There was a mini kitchen in the common area (didn't get to us it). Also the AC worked fine. All in all, would recommend and return.

Very clean and spacious facility. Awesome location and Pako went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. WiFi wasn’t working the day we arrived, but it got fixed the following day.
