The host was very kind, easy to communicate with, and always available whenever we needed assistance. The accommodation could have been cleaner. There were stains on the bed linens and some of the towels. The biggest issue was the water temperature in the shower—it was impossible to adjust properly, as it would switch between very cold and very hot.

The accommodation was clean and in a great location, close to downtown. The host was wonderful, and communication was excellent throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Very central location directly in the old town. The room had everything we needed for a night, and we appreciated the easy check-in process. For breakfast we could choose a pastry, juice and coffee in a cafe nearby. In general, good value for money. Cleanliness could be improved (there were some hair in the bathroom, seemed like it hasn’t been cleaned properly before we arrived). Very soft mattress but it was on for a night.

The accommodations are excellent. Modern, new, bright, clean, and extremely comfortable. The location is perfect in the heart of the historic district. It includes breakfast at a café steps down the street. Included two drinks and a pastry. I had juice and water, while my friend had coffee and juice. Plus pastries. Amazingly quiet at night, considering the location. No noise at all! It’s on the fourth floor, with elevator access. Anna, our host, was fantastic! Our arrival was later than expected due to a late plane. The owner lives on the second floor and was very accommodating to not only our late arrival; but also allowing us to leave luggage stored after checkout. We were able to enjoy more time in Naples after checkout and returned to pick up our luggage easily with the key to a storage area Anna had left us. The temperature of the water in the shower varied a bit. But this could be due to the time we were taking showers after 10 PM. We were only there one night. It wasn’t a big problem for us. And I would definitely return again.

Superb central location, yet really quiet. Anna who lives opposite was helpful and friendly. Nice breakfast at a cafe a few steps away was a bonus.

Great location close to everything (beach, restaurants), safe free carpark, nice sea view from window, fresh breakfast every day served to our room, everything in room was new, nice & comfortable, on request reception provided a beach bag with beach towels. Room was cleaned every day, mini bar (frigde) in the room with refreshments. Very good choice to stay in Maiori, not as crowdy as Amalfie but very close. All restaurants we were eating were very good! You can't be dissapointed staying there! Worth to mentioned that beach is really nice, too. All good, nothing to dislike. A little noise in the morning from the main street but this is due to central location in the Maiori town, so you need to accept it.

Anna is just a delightful and special person, our stay was very comfortable and pleasant thanks to her. The room was spotless clean, the location is perfect just in the middle of the centro storico. But the apartment is very quiet because of the positioning in the apartment, so you could rest peacefully. The room is modern and cozy, the bedding was very comfortable. It had everything we needed, there is even a small kitchen in the common area. Anna's friendliness, the delicious coffee she made us before we left and the complimentary liquor that we served ourselves the first day ( :) ) leaves a sweet memory. The language wasn't a barrier with her, we had a nice chat. She was also flexible to leave our luggage after check-out which is usually a paid service in the area, so this is also very helpful to have for free as a favour. All in all, one of the best stays in Naples, will definitely come back! Thanks a lot Anna :) Deniz & Uygar

Great location and character - brilliant value

Fantastic location in the middle of everything you need. Good breakfast at the cafe near apartement. Very nice and helpful host.

Everything was like the pictures, I have nothing to complain about.

Very central location Building very rundown outside, bed not very comfortable, shower cubicle was very small and water temperature hard to control.

The host was a lovely lady, very friendly and helpful. There was a problem with the hot water and she and her husband resolved it as quickly as they could, which I really appreciated. The location is perfect - in the heart of everything on Spaccanopoli, but quiet. I felt safe as a solo female traveller. The shower is temperamental! It's hard to get the right temperature.
