Good location and air conditioning.

Very good option for staying in Naples, especially for shopping lovers, as the location is right on Corso Umberto. It is a bit farther from the Spanish Quarter, but still convenient for exploring the city. The apartment is located on the third floor, and thankfully there is an elevator. The building feels more like a small apart-hotel with several compact apartments and a small lobby area. We really appreciated the possibility to leave our luggage safely after check-out and return for it later. I also needed an iron, which was not originally in the apartment, and the owner kindly brought one the same day after I asked, which I truly appreciated. Overall, for Naples, this is a very good option, and I would probably stay here again. Breakfast was provided through vouchers for a nearby café, where we could have croissants and a drink each morning. It is fine for a short stay, but if you stay longer, the breakfast becomes repetitive very quickly and feels quite limited.

There are minuses, amenities is no the best, but fits to the Neapolitan atmosphere..

The noise. It's impossible to sleep well. Walls and windows are paper-thin, and other guests are very inconsiderate and make noise very early in the morning or late at night. As it's not sound proofed, you cannot rest

Only the size of room and bathroom Everything shown and said in the description is a white lie . Start of the day the breakfast is just a cup of coffee and only 1 croissant ? That too you have to go outside the premises 200mts to a cafe with a coupons. So the pics they have show is all lie. They don't evn provide a basic things like kettle for hot water which is shown in every room pic here is all nonsense. Also No drinking Water bottles ....which they have said they provide in hotel facilities. Worst of all was they did not change linen or towels ? . We were there for 4 nights 5 days using same towels .Room was not cosy with poor heating system. Horrible experience.

After payment the hotel sent me an additional link to pay the tourist tax, although the booking stated that all payments were included. Also we did not have breakfast or breakfast coupons as stated in the booking. The room was ok, but I think it is not fair.

Clean, comfy & modern! Coffee machine with pads in a hallway @ anytime! AC( hot) needs some work/maintenance as it has its own psrsonality?! Whoever I spoke to promised he'll have radiators installed in a near future. Anyways as far as the rest it is a great modern room in a great location!

This is a decent place near city center. parking would be impossible and very expansive. The place is on the fourth floor so a lot of stairs. Would be suitable for young legs and tight budget.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The hotel is very close to the central train station and the subway lines, perfect for moving around easily. The staff didn’t leave proper paper with all information and seemed a bit annoyed when asked for information.

Croissant and coffee was very enjoyable, 2 min walk from the room On main street so noisy at times as im a light sleeper but Earplugs worked

The room was very large, clean, and contemporary style. The location was close to the napoli central station. The self checkin was very easy and convenient. The breakfast was from a nearby coffee shop; It good enough one bread or pizza, coffee or juice, and cup of water. Although the room is conveniently locationed near station and bus terminal, it is recommended that you don't go out at night because pickpocketing is frequent in the area.
