Hotel Cristina

The parking space was convenient, however, the access to the reception was a bit confusing. The hotel felt old and outdated, and the bathroom and shower were showing their age as well. The pillows were uncomfortable. The breakfast was fair. Overall the facilities could benefit from modernization.

The staff, the tidiness of the room, the breakfast The location. The room was on the third floor overlooking Via Diocleziano, the main road, which is, obviously, too noisy.

Close to Napoli football stadium in a safe area ,metro 100metres away ,centre 15 mins by train ,stadium 1 stop away. Opposite hotel fantastic pizza restaurant and a couple of bars that gave free tapas with your drink. Massive ,famous very popular Japanese restaurant next door to hotel .2/300 meters away Trattoria da Vitoria one of the best traditional Napoli restaurants .Prices for food and drink in this street tended to be half that of the city centre . Wonderful ,safe ,cheap location. Hotel was immaculate , very helpful staff, got us Nico the taxi driver who gave us a discount .Breakfast basic but adequate. Price probably slightly higher because of superb location in this street and close to stadium but more than made it back with the cheaper bars and restaurants . Everyone we met was so friendly ,all knew of the legendary Scott McTominay we had come to see. Would only consider this hotel if I return to Naples next Season. Stick with the basic twin room ,it’s cheaper than the executive twin but same room on a lower floor .

We loved everything about our stay. Room was perfect. We received an upgrade, our room had a lovely balcony. Staff was beyond helpful. We arrived very late and restaurant was open until 11, they made us really yummy dinner. Hotel was quiet other than squawking of a huge parrot in the back of hotel. We ate breakfast in a room filled with gentle music, overlooking Pompei site. Breakfast was lovely, scrambled eggs and bacon and hot dog sausages and usual continental breakfast and multitide of baked pastries to choose from. Staff were beyond gentle and nice and helpful. Communication before our arrivals was also great. Walk from train station was not hard and felt safe even late at night. The inside of the bathroom shower door could use deep clean, I really would struggle to find anything else I was less than completely satisfied with.
