Rooms were bigger than expected which was nice. Air conditioner did work, but only when in the room. The property did not look like the picture. Our bathroom shower had a door missing and mold on the walls. Elevator never worked and there are so many flights of stairs. Power went out every single night we stayed. Area surrounding the hotel did not feel safe at night. One night the power went out, sirens from the police blared, and they were flashing lights searching for someone. I felt very uneasy during my stay.

The hotel is right to the metro station. the location was perfect also the room was renovated everything was new and clean. everything was ok.

Unfortunately, the radiator was not working and the only available option was air conditioning. Heating the room this way was uncomfortable, as the air quality was not pleasant.

The location exceeded expectations, short walking distances to the downtown area (sightseeing, shopping, restaurants, bars) as well as commuting (ferry port and airport shuttle both at a walking distance) The room was large and clean, but smelt of cigarettes (perhaps through the air condition machine). The breakfast was only 6€, and had all the essentials. Staff were kind, but did not take any extra lenghts when requested (breakfast to the room). A perfect city get away for those wanting to experience the city.

Location was very central, it was close to the Port, station and airport aswell. Staff doesn't understand English language.

Stuff was really caring Good location, close to the port, 10 minutes from the tourist area. Clean. Nice room. Fair continental breakfast. Hotel is outside the ZTL. Parking was 2 minutes away Slow communication and not fully answering my parking questions. Sruff was really caring but had basically English. Reception was not always stuffed

Great property! The emplacement is great and in a walking distance from all the main places to visit. The staff were really nice and accommodating. The hotel is very peaceful and safe.
