Staff are super nice

Comfortable, attractive and very clean. Great location. Breakfast was so-so compared with other hotels I have used in Italy.

The breakfast was sufficient The location is extremely close to the train station, which made it easy to do what we planned on doing. But we were able to walk to a lot of areas of the city. It is in the city center, so it is a hectic area. The air condition was good, especially for Europe There is no elevator. There are steps to walk up to reception and then you have to go up a set of stairs to the rooms They did help us with our luggage up when we left, we just brought ours down, but they would’ve helped

Black Mold in bathroom, terrible scary location

Convenient location from train. They did not have the room I booked. We were forced to take a room with a sofa bed and a king bed instead of two twin beds and a king bed. I had on purpose booked this property because I did not want my older teen boys to have to sleep on a sofa bed! I showed them the photos from booking.com showing the two twins and the king (no sofa bed) and they said those were old photos. :( The last night of our stay, the water in the sink went to a dribble with no water pressure and the shower kept going from extreme hot to extreme cold. It was fine the nights prior. When we asked for assistance, they said it would have to wait until the next day. There was mold in the shower.

Lovely staff. Excellent breakfast and handy location. Would have liked a coffee machine to buy a cuppa possibly in breakfast area available all day. Possible vending machine with cold drinks. My grandson has a fridge in his double room but none in my single room so cold drinks got very warm quickly.

Excellent location near the Central Station. Friendly staff. As senior citizens, we would have liked a lift even though it is only one level.

Location, close to metro. Some mold patches in the bathroom sticky, unclean towels Tv didn't work

Super good location! Easy walk from the train station and metro. Lots of restaurants around. Very clean room. All was good.

The entire hallway and building had an overwhelming use of overly fragrant deodorizer which impacted my asthma. I had to use my inhaler to get through the night.

Great location, nice staff, nice room, breakfast was ok. Thought it had an elevator since my mom can’t do stairs well, but it doesn’t seem to be usable. Booked a room with three beds but it only had two.

Helpful to leave your luggage before check-in. Good value for money. A kettle in the room would be an added bonus.

Hotel Potenza is exceptionally located on Piazza Garibaldi, 2 minutes away from the central train station and within walking distance of many attractions. The staff were wonderful and helpful. The room was honestly more spacious than I had hoped. The pillows in particular were fantastic and my biggest surprise; they were much better than in some higher-end hotels I've stayed in.

Amazing location and wonderful staff!

No elevator. Had to drop off the room key every time you leave the hotel so the AC does shut off automatically, the cabinet & extra pillow has not been cleaned
