Friendly staff. Spacious bedroom. Plenty of parking space at zero cost. Old bathroom with leaky shower. Sealant needs to be re-done, every shower means a wet floor. Gym was advertised on Booking.com but it is not part of the hotel. It belongs to a sports facility in front and a fee needs to be paid to use it. Breakfast was not bad but limited for 4 star hotel

No hot water, night staff looked bothered by the question. No where to have a coffee until after 07:00. This is not 4* hotel.

It said pool but it was community pool over road and it was shut for renovations. Not happy about that as we were not told when booking hotel.

They wrote that there is a swimming pool and it’s wasn’t working we didn’t know it

A place away from madness of Napoli 1. Crazy road system no signage to find hotel 2. Middle of nowhere 3. Mediocre breakfast 4. Air con actually made room hot 5. Mains Sockets either broken or Italian not European! 6. Grim inappropriate naked woman demeaning and laughable art on walls 7. Bad vibes neglected place inside and around area

Booking this hotel really does depend on what your needs are. If your looking for just a quick stop over for a night or 2 , travelling between destinations with a car its probably ideal. Theres not enough going on for any more then that and you'll be bored out your brains as its pretty much in the middle of no-where. The breakfast is probably the best you'll get for most Napoli hotels both in terms of portion size and variety. The rooms and reception areas are large and spacious. The location was challenging, also the misleading information when booking the hotel that the swimming pool use looks included, when you actually have to pay 8 euro per person to use it as its not part of the hotel. Also , people might look to book this hotel for airport layovers as its looks reasonably close on the map. A taxi 1 way to the airport will cost you 60 euro minimum. WiFi does not work in the rooms, and only downstairs in the lobby.
