Our friends' room had two problems: 1) the bathroom (which was perfectly clean) was up a steep flight of stairs inside the room, which made trips to the toilet in the night quite annoying if not a bit hazardous for an older person. 2) the front door didn't really shut out the noise and light, so when any other guests entered the lights and noise woke them up.

Great location A little noisy but not too bad

This is not a 4 star hotel. It is a small apartment. First of all the directions to get into the building are complex. You have to get through 4 doors and you need an internet connection. The restroom was upstairs and the stairs are unfinished & steep.

The room was spacious and clean, and in a great central location. Asia - at the reception was especially kind and helpful.

Location was right in the middle of the historic old town with most of the cultural sites and restaurants in walking distance. Metro was close for trips to Pompei and Ercolano and the property had an elevator. The bathroom was on the 2nd floor with steep steps made out of unpainted plywood and no railing. This was hazardous when you had to use it half-asleep at night. Nowhere on the description was this mentioned. In order to get into the room you had to get through 4 locked doors/gates either with keys or combo locks.

Great location and close to the station. Friendly staff and cleaning service everyday. Breakfast included in a nearby cafe with really nice coffee and cakes. Comfortable staying in Naples Room walls not soundproofing. Can be noisy at times

Very spacious room with balcony, lots of light, comfortable beds, and modern bathroom. Very clean and superb and helpful owner and staff. Breakfast at authentic cafe next door. Daily bottled water included snd was appreciated. The location was excellent - we walked everywhere - to cathedral steps away, the port, castle, central station. It was easy to find good restaurants within 10 min walk. The only weakness was the very low shower pressure (and therefore water output) meaning showering was a slow process, but it is an authentic 4th floor apartment so the pipes have a long way to go! Just leave yourself extra time in the morning.

Great location, clean room, nice staff. We could not take a proper shower because the water flow was low. The bed maitress was way too soft, I could not sleep confortabile.

The location is great Easy check-in Breakfast in the bar Smell in the house and corridors: there’s better than AirWick for a B&B Cleaning wasn’t great: no duvethouse on the cover of the bed, dirty bedsheets, cleaning person threw away my medicine on the nightstand Price: it was quite pricy for a March stay in Napoli

Breakfast....too little foood

The location and the room were very good… just if you expect a balcony, it not actually this… but nevertheless the room was very clean and the overall experience was great The only thing which I didn’t like is the fact that there is no coffee machine or kettle in the room and absolutely no mugs or glasses… it will be very good if they add this to the rooms
