The location is great, as it has everything at a walking distance. (Full review on Google maps). The customer service was great and Anita was amazing. Honestly I personally don't have any complaints. I am very pleased with my stay.

Coffees and snacks available. First day wifi wasn't working but we got some nice pastries as compensation Very old elevator, you need to close external and internal door manually!

Location great, centre within walking distance. I would appreciate especially the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. They were helpful at any time and came out to our maximum convenience in everything. Thanks for that.

Everything was great! Located next to some really great restaurants and 5-10mins walk to the water and historic buildings. 2 Supermarkets just downstairs. Nothing. Everything was great

The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The room was spotless and spacious. The staff brought me freshly made sfogliatella to my room for breakfast, which was absolutely lovely and unexpected. The location was perfect - just a few steps from Castel dell'ovo, il lungomare, and piazza plebiscito. Everything was lovely. :)

We likes the proximity to one of the nicest parts of Napoli, ranging from trendy local bars to a wide range of restaurants enjoyed by locals and tourists alike. Anita was incredibly helpful and delightful and helped us whenever we needed it.

Anita was very helpful and kind. she even helped me get my laundry back when the lavandaria was closed- making calls etc. definitely over and above her job! very close to sea wall and views of Vesuvius, a supermarket and lots of places to eat! nothing it was great! nearest train station is 15 min walk (Toledo) so plan on taking taxis to the main train station (giralbaldi/ Napoli centrale) for 15 euros if you want to take trains to Pompeii. there is a bus nearby that goes as well, apparently.
