The staff was amazing especially Dina and the handsome man ! In the restaurant food main restaurant very good too They just move bins away from near outside pool side from the tables you eat also be nice baked beans for breakfast …and lager on pump instead bottles ! And the lunch menu better quality

Property was a dream, I had an upgrade to a pool room with a balcony which was gorgeous and super clean. The pool and restaurant was also perfect, but the staff were the best part about my stay. They were all so kind and accommodating, gave great recommendations on places away from the hotel and helped fix any issues / book a taxi for the airport. Location is further away from the city if that’s what you’re looking for, and you have to wear a swimming cap in the pool, which they sell for €3

This hotel was good,but very old fashion and fan is not prefect,if you don’t have a car it’s not for nice access to the city because this hotel on the hill,last day they charged me £36 for CT I don’t know what’s that. Fan and the bathroom is not clean too much.

The hotel is amazing! Beautiful grounds, wonderful, friendly staff, especially Dina - she is a real asset, always friendly and helpful. The reception staff were also all wonderfully helpful. The pool area is beautiful and the rooms very large and comfortable - we slept well. The location is a 10-15 min walk from Agnano station with regular trains into Naples and Pozzuoli. We would most definitely stay again. The only thing I didn’t like is the rule about having to wear swimming caps in the pool. No one I spoke to liked it. Not that at weekends, the hotel sells day passes and the pool is really loud and full - but the hotel keeps sunbeds for hotel guests, so that is a plus for them.

The hotel has such a special authentic character to it.ALL staff were kind, friendly and extremely helpful in every way. We could have stayed with them longer and spent more time there but of course there is so much to see in Naples. If there was a problem they helped and sorted things out straight away and with genuine care and efficiently . The service and food was second to none. This hotel is special and the staff even more special. I would most certainly go back there again. Thank you so much to you all; it felt like a real family ! You keep shining. You are are unique! Staff was wonderful and accommodating. Our jacuzzi was not ready and they sent people to make it ready. Sadly the hot water was not working so the jacuzzi was too cold to use but the staff was wonderful the whole time and gave us a bottle of champagne for the trouble.

Very clean hotel with fantastic staff. Is located within walking distance to Diego Maradona stadium so is perfect if you are looking for a place to stay when traveling to Napoli to watch a game.
