It was cute and quaint and in a very central location. And I loved the fact that they have a double door for you to drown out street noise...plus the automatic privacy/room darkening shade. The air conditioning did not cool the room at all hardly. And the walls were super thin I could hear the people next to me talking, taking a shower and moving chairs.

Breakfast service was excellent, they provided more than we could eat, so we asked them to cut back, which they did. Location was perfect to see the historic sites of Naples. The Museo Acheologico is a block away, and the bus line to Capodimonte has a stop near Museo 19. We were walking distance from the Duomo, the Cappella Sansevero, and the Spanish Quarter. We had a mix up on the arrival information. The message did not arrive on Whatsapp, probably because of a problem with our phone service when we arrived. We did not understand there was not a person on site, but rather a remote/contactless check-in. We were able to reach Francesca by another phone and she patiently talked us through the process to get into the room. It was after we were in the room that the detailed message arrived on Whatsapp.

Perfect location. Good for parking or public transit.

The location is absolutely great, the metro station was nearby, a lot of the Napoli attractions were nearby. And it is right next to the Archaeological museum, which is definitely must visit :) And Alessia (in charge of the breakfast) was extremely helpful and gave us excellent advice for places to go! The breakfast was the same every day - it was fine for our 3 days stay but might be a bit of a problem for longer stays.

And the staff was fabulous!!

It was very small

Had everything that we needed including a hairdryer. Very clean. The staff was incredibly friendly, provided great recommendations and were constantly responsive via Whatsapp if we needed anything. There is a food shop right beside which made it very convenient, within 20 minutes walk from the station but also 20 minutes walk to the main shops which made it perfect for us. All 4 of us had a great sleep, which I usually don't get on holiday and the balcony doors didn't let any sound in from the street. The balcony view was lovely to wake up to (in room 3 at least) and the breakfast was amazing. Definitely would recommend and we will be coming back. The 4 flights of stairs that we had to get up to get to the room (but good for burning the calories from all the pastries we grabbed on the way to the hotel ?) and we could hear the neighbours taking their showers at 2am one night

Exceptional

Lovely clean, bright and spacious room with nice balcony. Fabulous breakfast provided and Francesca is very friendly and helpful. Location is very good for visiting Napoli, it is close to the metro/regional train and walking distance to the main highlights in the historical centre. Great travel cot provided. The accommodation is above a very busy loud road, however, when the balcony door is closed you cannot hear it at all!

Very nice comfy room with a sweet balcony where you can have your breakfast if you like. Perfect location on the edge of the old town and right on train and metro lines. Great soundproofing from the street. The staff are really lovely and helpful. We felt very relaxed and at home.

Quiet place and good location ?

Place located close to the metro station. The apartment well isolated so there is no noise from the street. Well kept and cared for. Great place. Complicated lift system.

Centrally located, very clean, excellent staff professional and superkind

Right next to the main museum, super clean and comfy. The staff were amazing - Francesca messaged us before we left the UK and gave us clear directions how to access the flat including a video (it’s a little convoluted but easy) she also looked after our bags whilst we visited the various sites the next day allowing us to have a spare key until we were finished ? breakfast simple but fresh, timely and tasty. It is on a main road so background traffic noise but sense everywhere in Naples has that! We also did have a noisy neighbour (annoying phone calls during night) which is of course not the property’s fault but did make it clear that the dividing walls are not solid.

The host was easy to communicate with and provided a lovely breakfast and the room is clean and cosy. Very warm and restful. Thank you for a comfortable stay. It was a range of instructions to follow to enter the building-2 lots of lifts and stairs and codes and keys. A little daunting but managed.
