The apartment is located in a very quiet area away, steps away from Via Chiaia, in a very secure building. While small the lift made easy work of getting luggage to the apartment. The communication with the staff was prompt in response and provided great checkin details. A/C throughout the apartment was exceptional! The apartment was clean Kitchen provided adequate crockery, cooking utensils and cutlery. A pleasant surprise was that fresh towels were provided daily, together with cleaning. Despite the hi cups (see below) I would recommend the apartment . While the apartment description included a clothes drying rack, the only rack was a small, rusted and dirty metal rack, outside the kitchen window. Upon enquiring with the staff, I was advised that clothes were dried outside in Naples, and unfortunately no other option was available. When I advised the state of the rack, was told to clean it, which was i possible. Thankfully I gravel with a portable line which I strung up inside. I experienced two separate power failures in the apartment which left me in total darkness. Thanks to the torch function on the phone I was able to rest the tripped main switch which did not restore the power. Communication via Whatsapp was timely, but was told there is a power outage in Naples. I advised that the neighbours had power and all the lights in the stairwells, landings were on ( these were not emergency lights). The power was restored only to trip again soon after. I advised the host that I suspected the iron was faulty as I was ironing at the time with the a/c on. I stopped ironing. Staff came to the apartment the following morning and advised that when using the iron or washing machine, the A/c units were to be off as it caused a power overload. That night the power failed again…..again I advised the issue and the power restored. A replacement iron was provided the next day. Both irons had twisted cords with worn cords exposing the wire bundle. Opportunities for improvement: 1. At checkin advise guests of the power overload issues and to not use iron with a/c on OR alternatively have signage in the apartment to advise the same 2. Consider providing a torch in the event of power failures as not all guest may be able to retrieve phone or even have torch function on their phone. 3. Provide a foldable clothes rack.

The location in the best location in Napoli. Clean, decent, not all the areas are ok in this city. This apartment is most than well placed. The rooms are cleaned every day, beds made, towels replaced, hosts very very polite. I loved everything

This was a great place for our stay in Naples. Its in a perfect location and the room was so clean and brand new. I've stayed in Naples multiple times and this was the most comfortable. Gabriela at the front desk was so helpful and very sweet. Even the security people were so helpful and friendly. I would stay again. Nothing

Excellent location down a relatively quiet back street. Clean and comfortable with plenty of space for a couple. Was good to have balcony with a little outside space - but zero view and overlooked. Lift was tiny - if that bothers you!

The property has an elevator and a security guard at the entrance, which is a big plus. The cleanliness of the room was also excellent

The location was exceptional, the staff very helpful, and the bed comfortable. Would have been nice to have a breakfast included perhaps at local cafe or bakery. Would have been nice to have a desk to be able to work at.

Was clean and newly renovated They installed vending machines on the floor. This means no coffee/tea in the room or a mini fridge in the room.
