NH Napoli Panorama

The room was clean, quiet and in a central location: not far from the port and historic center. Seemed quite new. When I requested items that were missing from the room or I needed as extra like a blanket, they were very accomodating. Allowed early check in which was very appreciated. Breakfast was good. Helped with luggage both checking in and out which was really appreciated! If items like kettle, water, coffee, slippers were already in the room so I didn't need to call reception and request. Would be nice if windows could be opened - they can but they are locked shut and they will not unlock. Don't care for too much A/C so some fresh air at night would have been a plus. Didn't replenish any used items such as sugar, coffee and water. Omlette station would be a bonus! Bring a device to watch movies in English - none of their channels really cater to English speaking guests other than news. They have no streaming on TV.

We had a wonderful room with a great view on the top floor. It is a pricey hotel compared to others near by.

Service / Staff were excellent. A short walk from Piazza del Plebiscito and surrounding area No meal / dining options in the evening For an NH hotel the room and hotel common areas seem as though they need some TLC

The hotel is great and on a wonderful location. It's close to all the major amenities, famous neighbourhoods and less than 10 mins walk from Molo Beverello the ferry port where the ferries to Capri, Isquia and the Amalfi Coast, etc are taken. Great views of the city. Ask for a room located on the upper floors.

Breakfast was good and the host was excellent. Had supper there only one night and was very disappointed but didn’t charge for my meal Better gluten free options for celiac

The shower, the air condition was noisy

Location was fantastic. Right in the center between a shopping area (Via Toledo) and 8 minutes from the old city of Naples. And 8 minutes to the pier. a perfect, honestly, location to be at in a new city. Breakfast - I am used to a bigger selection of food, and lot's of vegetable. It was not bad, and everyone can find something to eat. but if you are used to a variety of vegetables, you will not find it here. A simple cut vegetables

Buffet, location, proximity to main attractions including shopping, port area, restaurants and transportation. Though hotel was very clean, it could have been a bit cleaner specially the shower.

We had a great stay at NH Panorama. The hotel’s location is ideal, making it very convenient to explore the city on foot and reach the main points of interest without hassle. The room size was very comfortable, with everything well organized and a pleasant atmosphere to rest after a long day of sightseeing. Breakfast was another highlight: a wide variety of options to suit every taste, with both sweet and savory choice.

The location is in the center and you can reach everything easily. The hotel is beautiful and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also very good. They gave me a free upgrade to the 30th floor. The room was very nice and big and the best was the view over the whole city, the sea, the Vulcano and Capri. Absolutely amazing!

There was a terrible sewage smell in the bathroom.

The location Its mire for business travelers than for families. The rooms and the cleaning of it not in the level of four stars. Needs more maintenance.

The hotel is in a gritty area of downtown, and it faces a traffic-choked main street with garbage piled not far from the hotel entrance. Yet this part of the city has its charms with good restaurants, the towering medieval Castel Novo, and docks for cruises to Capri etc all within walking distance. The NH Napoli Panorama Hotel is a modern, high rise building in downtown Naples with all the services one would expect from a 4 star hotel. Yet the hotel lacks a security guard in the lobby, there is no concierge desk, and the bellman only pops into the lobby occasionally. My wife and I had a pleasant three night stay up until the theft of my bag in the lobby on checkout. We spent a frenzied afternoon filing a police report, scrambling to recover prescription info and missing phone chargers, drafting an inventory of lost valuables…and in the process losing our plane to Palermo — and having to pay again for a later flight!

The location. All the rooms have nice views of the Bay of Naples. Everything was OK

The property was great. The front desk staff was nice. Gives you the luxury feel. I love all the thoughtful details. The breakfast is amazing. Super clean. I will definitely be going back. Nothing.

Great location, very clean, friendly and helpful staff, superb sea view. The bed was very uncomfortable. Cheap mattress. After 18-hour commute to Napoli, a good night’s sleep is important.
