The room was nicely presented We waited in the reception area for 2 hours. Obviously we arrived earlier than check in time but even when check in time came, we had to sit and wait an additional 30 minutes for the room to be cleaned because they were short-staffed, which is disappointing. Also found food under the bed so wasnt cleaned properly

La posizione Il fatto che ci sia solo l’ascensore minuscolo per salire alle camere e per prendere le scale bisogna entrare da un’altra porta fuori dell’edificio. La colazione in un soppalco con pochissima varietà. Mancava l’aria. Può succedere qualsiasi cosa la notte, non c’è nessuno da contattare.

The rooms were beautiful and spacious with incredibly comfortable beds and pillows. Location was perfect to walk into the promenade and be waterfront with many shops and restaurants steps away The entrance and breakfast area was very small and cramped but well appointed. The elevator barely fits one person and a full size suitcase.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL! Terrible experience. Just two hours before check-in, I received a message stating that, due to “technical reasons,” the hotel could no longer accommodate us. They also claimed that they had already informed Booking.com and asked me to cancel the reservation myself “to facilitate the process.” Fortunately, I did not cancel. Had I done so, I might have lost my rights as a customer. Instead, I contacted Booking.com directly. They informed me that they had received no such notification from the hotel and advised me not to cancel the booking myself. I eventually received a full refund from Booking.com, but being informed only two hours before arrival that my reservation could not be honored caused significant inconvenience and unnecessary stress. Afterwards, I noticed several other online reviews describing similar experiences, which makes this situation even more concerning. I find this kind of behavior completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding this property.
