Very pretty with a comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Difficult to find. We had thought it was a actual Hotel when booking. However we had to ask detailed directions from everyone to find it because it's an airbnb inside a building behind gates and up stairs with a challenging lock. It is fine if someone is there to meet you. Regardless the host was very kind and the place is very pretty inside. It is very close to the main shopping street.

Nunzia and our host were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and accommodating from the moment we arrived, making us feel genuinely welcome. The property was spotless, quiet, and comfortable, providing a relaxing base for exploring Naples. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and attention to detail throughout our stay. We would happily stay here again and highly it to anyone visiting the city.

The beds were comfortable. The room was small but had everything we needed. There was a little fridge. The shower was great. The room was very clean. The breakfast was a nice way to start the day. The location was very central to the tourist areas, restaurants and shops. The ferry was only a 10 minute walk. The staff was helpful and spoke English very well. You are right in the city, so you can expect to hear street noise at night.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in the center of Naples. The location is perfect for exploring the city, with many attractions, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. What truly made our stay special was the incredibly friendly and helpful staff — they were always welcoming and ready to assist with anything we needed. The atmosphere was warm and comfortable, and we felt very well taken care of. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Naples! -

Convenient location

The location was perfect- right in the middle of the city with many of the sightseeing locations within walking distance. The breakfast offered in the morning was great as was the wifi. The staff were so kind and had great suggestions for navigating Naples. The room was large with a private bathroom and good air conditioning. Because of the central location, the street was a bit loud at night. Also, if you used the air conditioning at night, the light on the unit was bright. Good noise cancelling headphones and an eye mask solved these problems.

The care and service that Vincenzo and his team provided was amazing. From the transfer van from airport to the hotel and back, advises for visits around and the hospitality! Great job and great attitude! The rooms were clean and nice - something that was most important for our hotel choice. The breakfast was also good and fresh. The venue was a bit tight, but this is the charm and speciality of the architecture of the buildings in the center - where the hotel is located. But while team is great and very nice! Nothing!

Location was perfect, if you want to walk and see everything. Room was clean and we had everything that we needed. Breakfast at the hotel was on time and very good.

Good location if you want to live in the heart of the city. Ok breakfast, clean room, felt safe. Metro line 1 more than close. Good windows that kept away the noice from the street. There was no place but floor to put your luggage. No place in the shower to put your shampoo and soap but on the floor.

I can not think of a single thing that I didn't like about the experience.

Great location staff was very helpful

Small, quiet, right in the middle of busy Naples. Short walk to the ferry to Capri and Ischia. Steps from a major shopping street with lots of traditional eateries, ice-cream shops and nice cafes. The owner is very helpful with booking taxis and the staff is extremely friendly. Breakfast is great, with delicious just made eggs.

Location of the property was excellent...close to everything. Vincenzo was excellent and available with any information we needed! Air conditioning worked well which was great as it was very hot out! Would stay here again!
