Gennaro at the desk is now one of my new favorite people in the whole world. he was so friendly, so accommodating, so kind, and always gave great recommendations. We were so impressed, he was basically running an entire hotel by himself most of our stay. The hotel was great, but it would not be half as great as it is without Gennaro. I only wish there was a full bar on the rooftop, but I also understand why there isn't.

Wonderful location that is close to everything. We booked 2 executive rooms us and for the kids and it accommodated 4 boys easily (duplex) Nothing at all

Perfect stay in the center of old Napoli! Close to everything, fabulous staff. Fantastic breakfast. Loved everything!

The staff was very accommodating and sent us messages via WhatsApp, detailing parking and answering travel-related questions. The shower in the “loft” bedroom flooded the bathroom and bedroom upon immediately turning it on. My son had to pull the drain up, use his hands, attempting to unclog the hair and soap build up, but the blockage was much deeper and inaccessible. This made the shower upstairs unusable, abd we were woken up at 1 am due to needing to assist him with the clean up. He had to shower in our bathroom.

We stayed for two nights in the Executive Suite, which was spacious and comfortable for our family of four. The suite is arranged on two levels, providing plenty of room and a unique layout. The hotel is located in an impressive historic building. There is no obvious exterior sign, but the hotel staff proactively contacted us before arrival with clear directions, so finding it was not a problem at all. One of the highlights was being right in the heart of Spaccanapoli, immersed in the energy and atmosphere of Naples. From the balcony, we could enjoy all the hustle and bustle of the street below, yet the excellent soundproofing made the room remarkably quiet whenever the balcony doors were closed. A special shoutout to Marco at the front desk, who was courteous, patient, and responsive throughout our stay. His assistance helped make our visit especially enjoyable. We would gladly stay here again on a future visit to Naples.

Location, charm, breakfast
-
Everything was beyond expectations. The location was perfect, the breakfast was probably too good, and the staff was super welcoming. A rooftop hot tub would have been nice.
-
The staff were very attentive from the moment we arrived until we left, including helping with our bags and walking us to the cab. The location is hard to beat — you step right out onto a vibrant, central street that makes exploring Naples easy and memorable. The room felt a bit worn and somewhat stuffy, and the size/layout made the wear more noticeable.

The staff is amazing. Very charming place
-
Perfect location in the historic centre but very quiet - beautiful room, gorgeous roof top deck, walking distance to restaurants and historic sites. Hotel arranged great tours, made restaurant recommendations and walked us to our transportation pickup spot with an umbrella on our rainy departure morning. Exceptional! Nothing

Location right in the middle of a lively area, an incredible rooftop deck with gorgeous city and Mount Vesuvius views, very helpful and friendly staff, extremely clean, great breakfast, comfortable bed. Loved this little hotel. You are right in the middle of one of the noisiest and most active areas of Napoli, so the street noise outside is very loud until very late. But if you close the windows, the sound is gone and it’s totally quiet. However if you need the air conditioner, the unit is very noisy at an irritating pitch. We had to turn it off as we didn’t like the noise it made so we were a bit hot at night. That’s our only complaint. And it wouldn’t stop us from staying here again.

Everything was fantastic! A beautiful hotel with the most comfy bed and bed linen. The staff were wonderful and helped with every small detail.

Incredible service, from a wonderful team! The staff was professional, friendly and extremely helpful. From reaching out prior to arrival, to arranging transportation for our departure, and everything that arose in between, each question or need we had was promptly met - and always with a pleasant smile. The room was immaculate and well provisioned. The entire building oozed a chic historic charm, setting the tone for a wonderful visit to Napoli!

The staff were amazing!! It is a converted Palace and loaded with history…The staff so kindly helped us with luggage to the the taxi at the closest pickup point. Excellent breakfast. Our room was huge and spotless bathroom . Plus extra points for the only hotel I have been in that has enough luggage racks for bags and suitcases!! The bottled water everyday was lovely touch. The chairs in the room were quite stained showing their age, honestly would suggest just get rid of them, and the room would be fine!
