See my previous review...we stayed here for 2 days, went on a cruise, then came back!! We love this place and, especially Arianna!! Stairs.

Where to begin...first of all ARIANNA!! The host made the WHOLE EXPERIENCE wonderful!! She went above and beyond to make sure our 50th wedding anniversary trip was PERFECT!! I wanted to "feel" Naples. Arianna brought that to life!! She was there for us to take care of EVERY DETAIL, from arranging transportation to recommending places to see and eat. The property does not have an elevator but Arianna was there to use a "luggage lift" every time we needed to handle luggage. From communications beforehand to farewell kisses...everything was PERFECT! We have a friend in Naples now... STAIRS!! The B&B is on the THIRD FLOOR with no elevator!! The breakfast area and terrace are up an additional spiral staircase.

The location, very chaotic and its surround, apart of that does not have elevators, in my case, my family and I didn't have heavy luggage up the stairs (3 floors).

Exceptional hosts, very willing to assist. Location is right in the centre of Naples (also see below) which is very convenient. Beds very comfortable and the balcony is a real bonus. I liked the area, but be aware that the centre of Naples is busy. Also, I like climbing but it is up three floors of stairs (they have a pulley to help with big suitcases so don't worry about that leg of the trip).

It was good value B&B. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were clean. Shower was nice with hot water. The heater in the room worked very well and was able to warm up the room quickly. The room was at 3rd floor and we needed to climb 77 stairs. Though the staff was able to pull up the bags using a pulley, we humans had to climb. The brearfast could have been better. However, the staff was very accomodating.

Location is close to central Naples. Staff are kind and helpful. Forgot about the long stairs/great height of old Italian buildings. Too much to handle daily for older people like us.

Quick contact with nice staff - helpful in every matter. A beautiful place with a beautiful view of Naples, close to everything. And this "climate". We recommend!!!

The Vesuviane B&B was an incredible stay. The hostesses were absolutely amazing and attentive, the breakfast was good with croissants, coffee, fresh orange juice, yogurts and fruit, and they also listened to a gluten problem we had and brought us a special made gluten free croissant. The roof terrace is an amazing place to have wine and observe the city, and once the hostesses noticed we were going there they prepped our table with a tablecloth. WiFi speed and connection was very good. The entrance is located on the 3rd floor of a building that doesn’t have an elevator. They have a contraption to lift luggage to the room, but you’ll have to use the stairs to get there yourself.

Our host was so friendly and helpful. We appreciated her transportation arrangements and the restaurant recommendations. The room was great, and we loved the terrace. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Arianna (the host) is amazing! She was so thoughtful and available for every question and need. She was very flexible for the check-in time, since we arrived later than expected. I definitely recommend it!

The room was spacious had an aircon & had a balcony. The staff was lovely the breakfast was average. We have bed bugs bites all over us so that was awful. I found the shower was mouldy & the shower head didn’t hold it kept falling down. Sadly I can’t say it was lovely & clean as if the bathroom is always a let down. The toilet was clean. Yip if we had known about the stairs wood have gone elsewhere.
