Very clean Friendly staff Very close to historic centre

Room was too small, there wasn't any table, chear, kettle

Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location, very close to Central Station and the Old Town. Finding the hotel was not easy. Although there was a sign on the building, we only managed to locate the entrance by asking people nearby. It turns out the hotel occupies only part of the first and second floors. To get to your room, you needed three codes: one to enter the courtyard, one for the floor, and one for the room. It all sounded quite modern at first. However, the modern impression quickly faded when the electricity went out late at night — and with it, the code system stopped working. Fortunately, other hotel guests helped us into the building, and the hotel owner arrived fairly quickly to let us into our room. The next day, the door handle broke. Breakfast initially looked promising, but the positive impression was ruined when we were served unbaked croissants

A little bit far from main attractions. Close to the main station which was easy. Marco was VERY informative and friendly. The WiFi didn't work. Need an extra pillow in the room.

Very friendly staff. Short distance from the train station and to one of the ports of the old city. The top shower was broken, i.e., only cold water there, but the water from the handheld was very nice—a lot of water, and it was hot and nice. I find it very likely they will fix this soon!

Close to transport, walking distance to historic centre, good spot for a short stay when visiting Pompeii & Herculaneum Basic furnishings, overly firm bed

The staff was nice but the room was pretty much disappointing. The bathroom smelled so bad like the smell cannot be described, there was dust and hair all over the floor. The balcony door would not close at all so there were mosquitos all over the place. The lights were so bad and suddenly the electricity would go off every 5 minutes. The location was very suspicious and not very easy to find.

The location is great and the staff is excellent, exceptionally helpful and nice!

The bathroom in the room could’ve used a little cleaning but other than that pretty nice little hotel.

The breakfast was not good. And you have to pay extra since it's not included
