The owner behaved very unprofessionally. Upon arrival, he asked me to transfer money to his personal account and insisted that I cancel my Booking.com reservation, saying it would be a “free cancellation” and that I would pay a few euros less and get “free breakfast.” The so-called breakfast was just a packaged cookie and instant coffee. Later, he and his staff seriously asked me to let another guest stay in my room, and only after I firmly refused did they claim it was a “joke.” This made me feel very uncomfortable and unsafe. During my stay, the owner ignored all my requests regarding a date change, and I didn’t feel safe leaving my belongings in the room. After three nights I couldn’t stay there any longer — I left two days earlier than planned and even had to change my flight. The owner didn’t refund me anything. Overall, the atmosphere was untrustworthy and stressful.

The location was close to center but hard to find. You should whatsapp owner From start to end everything went bad. When we arrived it was hard to find the hotel and when arrived the buildings elevator was down. We went to hotel with knowledge that we would pay 15 euro per night for garage but ended up paying 25 instead. Also, After going up 5 floors with our luggages, without any help, we came into a room full of toilet smell(i guess the wind was in off direction). There was a do not use sign on the sink in the room and there were stains on the bed sheets and dust over the room. We asked to leave the next morning with refund for the following two nights(paid full amount 242 euros for 3nights), and they refused to get on the phone. From start to end I feel this was a scam of booking. Never come here. I highly recommend our second pick hotel on the other side of town. Pinto storey.

The location was good due to being close to train station. We liked the view from the window. The bathroom room was very comfortable. There was a large shower cubicle. The place was clean. Since our hotel was on the 3rd or 4th floor, we had to use the elevator and it costs at least 20 cents. Sound insulation was not good. The mattress was very hard. The capacity of the air conditioner was not suitable for the room. It took a long time to cool the environment. Due to the location of the hotel, the streets did not feel safe.

Nice clean room with pretty decor and aircon The location is close to the main station but it's not a nice neighborhood. Better to taxi or metro to a better area, especially if you are female

The room was nice and clean. Staff was good. A little hard to get up the steps and you had to pay to use the elevator.

The host was so welcoming and helpful, Glory assist us to fix some issue It’s not only about this property but in general all properties in the area their windows are not soundproof , so you can easily hear the outside however after 10 pm the area is quiet and you can enjoy your night

Rooms were clean and balcony is good. Accessibility to the place is horrible. The lift is very dangerous.

the room was nice and clean The stuff was not friendly, they gave a smaller room that we booked (it was a nice room so we agreed to stay in there). They were not often in the reception so it was hard to ask any questions yyor they even werent there for the checkout. they asked to cancel the reservation with booking and do it directly with them what didnt make us feel confortable and we thought it is not right. they charged 30€ for arriving after 8 pm + 4 floor without free elevator (u have to pay to use it)

The room is very spacious and has a nice little balcony (1 person) to enjoy the morning and afternoon sun. Bathroom was clean and has even a bidet. I personally don't like a hard bed, but it was a big 2 persons bed so that is nice. Gloria is a very nice and friendly person who does her very best to make you comfortable. Train station and metro M1 Garibaldi at 350 meter. The B&B is situated at the 4th flour of a very old building and has a very old elevator, which is in good condition. Note: bring some 10 and 20 cent coins because you need it to activate the elevator. I recommend this B&B.

Rooms were Clean, Rooms were spacious, Building was quiet The location was sketchy, Felt unsafe walking from the train station, The elevator was so small and needed exact change (20 cents, dosent move or return other coins). The breakfast was delivered to the room (one croissant each, felt little low and penny pinching), Before booking did confirm that they will hold the luggage and never mentioned about 20 per bag, It was cheaper to store the luggage at the train station. I think they could have been more upfront about this cost so we could have looked at some other option.

Room smart and clean. Real rip off. I hadn't read the very small print at the end of the booking information and so was shocked to be charged an extra 30euros because we arrived after 2000. If I'd k own this I wouldn't have booked the place. Beware.

dirty but comfortable bed - dirty bed sheets, when asked to change first it was ok to sleep on the dirty one as the recepcionist said and after pushing for new ones, we received some used ones from other room - breakfast: cookies and chocolate, there was 1 croissant for 2 people, they said that other people took 2 instead of 1 so there was no more for us, jam is with mold, no food is put in a fridge - no small lamp on the night desks, when we asked for 1, we received a broken one - we rented a room for 4 we received a room for 2 , there was only 1 chair and they told us to take the other chair from breakfast (you need to have breakfast in the room ) - entire room smells like sewers - paid elevator - super noisy, you can hear everything (street and other rooms) walls must have no isolation

The location and room are amazing. The staff ( Alejandro and Glory) really do a good job in making you comfortable. The breakfast is a bonus. It is great location right next to the train station. The balcony in the room adds the nice ambiance. Wifi sometimes does not work in room.

We loved the location. The rooms were very nice and clean. Instructions to enter the building were clear. We felt comfortable and happy during our entire stay. But most, we loved the owner and employee. Both hosts were very kind, helpful, humorous, and had great recommendations for where to eat! The employee was even kind enough to walk us to our taxi in the early hours of the morning. 10/10 We would stay here again! Nothing!

I like everything about B/B NAPOLI culture , from the kindness of the the owner of the B /B to the clean environment of the room and sparking toilet with good odor of nice perfume , the politeness of the workers and lastly the nice breakfast

It was located very close to the train station, and the room had AC and lots of space. I booked the junior suite which specifically lists 2 beds, but in the middle of my stay the staff took the 2nd bed out for another guest and refused to put it back. They claimed that I booked a "double room" but my booking clearly listed "1 twin bed, 1 double bed", so they were in the wrong but refused to solve the problem. I ended up having to book another hotel room for my friend as we could not stay on the same bed. They tried to claim that the room should have only ever had 1 bed, but that doesn't really check out since there were 2 beds when I checked in. The wifi did not work at all. It could not connect from the room, and when I tried to connect at reception, it would connect but not actually work. You can hear all the noise from outside very clearly (and it is right on a major intersection) so I was woken up a few times from sirens going by. There's also an elevator that you have to pay 20cents to use, or climb 4 flights of stairs with your luggage.

The size of the room and the state it was in were very nice. The owner was very friendly. Apparently it was unclear to all guests how breakfast works. By the time we were ready for it, there was only one croissant left. Tip: pack breakfast per room. There was some mould on the shower head and we were a pillow case and a towel short. Fixing the latter two (and the breakfast issue) didn't happen within our stay.
