B&B Rafilina's house

Despite the location is a bit scary, the rooms are isolated from the streets and secure. The interior design is good. It has a big enough flat TV that helped me to watch FIFA World Cup 2020 games :) It’s clean and cozy. The curtains are good enough to block morning’s sunlight and you are able to sleep well.

pretty interior, very good looking bathroom, a lot of space, has air conditioning, free coffee and we even got to eat a free breakfast at the café nearby. the location of the house is very close to the train station. the only thing i didn't like was that the neighborhood was very dirty, but thats not something that can be changed

We had 3 people in the room but we only received the breakfast for 2 people (the little coupon they give you everyday, probably some miscommunication with room stuff). Pilows weren't that comfy.

The place was clean The location was very bad, it is not recommended for travelers who are looking to have a relaxed time and enjoy their stay. Additionally, the room was not ready when we arrived and the internet did not work. The place inside is clean but outside feels like a very ghetto and unsafe space.

The room was comfortable and clean. Which is the most decent thing I can say about Naples. Poor communication from hosts. Room was not ready at agreed time. Breakfast supposed to be included. It was on the first morning because we brought the business cards to find the location, but on the second morning, even though they recognised us, the cafe partner would not honour the deal as we did not bring the business card (apparently required but not communicated). Staff at the cafe are very rude, as was everyone we encountered in Naples. A filthy inhospitable city. Do yourself a favour and stay in Pompei or Amalfi Coast if they are destinations you choose to visit.

The staff were friendly and welcoming and gave clear instructions. The room was huge and very clean. The facilities were lovely, (a loo roll holder could be added) but otherwise amazing. There was wardrobe space, the bed was very comfy and an area to make coffee and tea. The actual complex of the building and the room looked exactly like the pictures and was cleaned everyday immaculately. Would stay again. Similar to other reviews the area and location of which the B&B is situation is very scary and rough. Google street view before booking! It was very uneasing and at first we thought about going somewhere else to stay. Would not recommend if you’re a solo traveller. As our stay continued however we felt and became more comfortable with the environment and the actual accommodation was very safe and secure. We didn’t have any wifi for the majority of our stay which was disappointing but not the end of the world. We didn’t actually have the breakfast included but it is not situated at the accommodation, you go to a cafe with a token and you receive your breakfast there.

The property was so clean and looked lovely! It was also very secure. The location. I wouldn’t recommend this to a solo traveller as the area is quite scary.

The host was good at answering all our concerns. A taxi was arranged for us which did arrive on time. Location is off putting.The host told us about pick pockets and beware.Happy to say we didn’t have any bad experience in that regard. Breakfast did not offer what’s said in Booking.com Croissant & coffee was breakfast . The pillows and mattress made for a poor sleep
