The owner was absolutely wonderful and very helpful. She gave me a bit of information about the city as well as a city map. Other guests were polite and quiet. The location was absolutely perfect and very safe, as well as a relatively quiet neighbourhood.

Great location, clean, easy to come and go. The instructions for check-in should be clearer: they insisted on a precise arrival time (understandable) even though the instructions indicated it was only necessary after 18:00 (when they charge additional to check in at all).

What a great independent and stylish small apartment hotel. Good central location, and a nice relaxed feel to the place. The host Stefani, was very nice and helpful. She even stayed up very late on our day of arrival to make sure we got in. Brilliant!

Location, amenities, helpful host and balcony. Our room could have been a bit more secure and private. It only had a sliding door off the main communal area. I do understand it’s a Bed and Breakfast style accomodation.

There wasn't a lot to like aside from it being located close to transportation, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was a joke! Online photos showed a cheese and deli meat platter, breads, etc. in abundance. What we got was a tiny tub of yogurt (one for each of us), and packaged junk food. No bread to toast even though there was a toaster on the counter, no eggs - in fact there was no protein source of ANY kind! My daughter was so pissed, she refused to eat anything! I asked for a cappuchino and got an expresso sized tiny amount in a regular teacup sized vessel. It barely filled to bottom of the teacup. I don't know the cost of the "breakfast", but it wasn't worth even paying 4 euro for. I'd say eat somewhere else. They gave us 3 or 4 keys to access the premises and our room, and then they kind of disappeared. The shower door didn't close properly and so water cascaded onto the floor from the bottom of the door. We had to mop up the floor with a large bath towel. The room was TINY with two single bed frames placed together with a double sized mattress over the two frames, and our "view" was the garbage bins in the back of the building. If you are in any way disabled (which neither of us are), be aware to get inside the crumbling lobby, there is a massive and thick double door with one side having a tiny door cutout that you must first duck and then straddle to get inside. The tiny door is thick and very heavy. It is a beautifully carved door, and an interesting entry and exit, and the tiny antique elevator has "movie charm", but I wouldn't recommend this Bed & Breakfast to anybody. There WAS a bed, but no breakfast to speak of.

Excellent and safe location, nearby beautiful Chiaia and both the Spanish Quarters and Spaccanapoli. Clean and nice room, would not hesitate to return. Staff very friendly and simple breakfast was a very nice addition. Nothing.

Via Dei Mille, very central, easy walk from subway after train from Roma. Easy walk to ferry terminal. Room was good, comfortable, clean, quiet. Bed was so so, very hard, usual 2 twins combined to give a double. There was coffee machine (good) and some packaged breakfast (not good).Good and quiet a/c and small balcony which got good sun (view was typical inner city). Shower was small, soap packets a pita, should provide bottles instead. Great location, walked everywhere from here. Bed was too hard for me, plus sloped into the middle. Sitting area small and not too comfortable. Overall minor items.
