It is a beautiful room in Rosa, large and spacious, clean and nearby there is everything from excellent bars, restaurants and pizzerias with the overseas exhibition and other locations nearby. I am proud to have managed to contact the host of the house because he helped me with my booking error and, despite all this, he was extremely helpful and affable.

Room is equipped with AC and Fridge. Bakery below the hotel, Very good Aperol Spritz. Restaurants, Train station and Supermarkets are nearby. No Wifi which was a big drawback. Language barriers as the staff doesn’t speak even basic English. Could have been cleaner than it was. Room lighting was not so good.

Waiting for someone to come to unit to let me in and give me keys when 1st arrived. Better communication would be helpful.
