It was a perfect location in the very center of Naples. You can reach it only by foot, however there is a taxi stand just 5 min walking. The breakfast was regular - nothing exiting. There is a small kitchen were you can make coffee. The host was very pleasant, spoke English and was ready to help. It's kind of noisy at night, however we used ear plugs and it was fine. Location.

Francesco was a wonderful host who provided us with lots of helpful information about Naples. The room had everything we needed and was located in old town, about a 6 minute walk from Piazza Dante metro station. The property was lovely and clean. The only thing the bothered us was the noise from the streets below at night - but this is out of Francesco’s control. Naples is a very busy city at all hours of the day and night, so if you like sleeping with the windows open, but are a light sleeper, bring earplugs.

The housekeeper was really friendly and kind. He was there every time we needed anything. He totally helped us and proposed to us places to go/eat/transportation methods etc. The room was clean and the breakfast was really ok. Overall I strongly suggest this room to anyone who is seeking for a value for money option. In a nutshell this was a really nice place to stay. everything was perfect.

The location was perfect. Francesco prepared some gifts for us both after.check.in.and check out :) He also let us to check.in before 11 am and let us to.keep our luggage after check.out. He always answered our messages.

Great location, nice sized room. The host was very thoughtful providing water, juice, coffee and pastries. He also provided a map of the area and recommendations. I would definitely stay again!! There was some loud street noise from the scooters, but with windows closed it helped. Plus he provided a fan in the room which is great for white noise. I slept well and had great vibes from the whole experience!

Great host, very kind and helpful. We had access to a fridge stocked with water and other drinks and had plenty of food for breakfast every day.. The location is close to a busy street with many restaurants and souvenir shops. To be fair, it's a bit loud during nights but I suspect it's the case for the whole city. You just have to get used to it

Typical Italian breakfast and enough to satisfy- very good Noise level upstairs being in a flat.

Francesco, the host, is very nice and helpful and made sure we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay at his property.

Nice room in great location, close to lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Host is very accomodating, in the room a little snack had been prepared and breakfast was simple but good. it is stated that there is no air conditioning but host did provide a fan.

Lovely little b&b in the most central location possible. The room was big, comfy and kept clean daily. The common areas are also nice and clean, and kept stocked with anything you might need. The owner was kind and super helpful, giving us information and advice on travel etc Nothing to complain about!

Francisco was an excellent host and provided amazing recommendations of places to eat and see. The room was perfect and had a cute view of the street. The bathroom and shower were a good size also.

Francesco is super king and helpful

Francesco was a brilliant host - he was flexible with the check in, gave us some great recommendations, and left us some local pastries, which was a lovely touch. The room was clean and had everything we needed, plus the location was ideal for exploring the city. We'd definitely recommend.

Our host was very nice and helped as well as assisted us in each and every way. Room and bathroom were sufficient and the location was just perfect right in the city but in a quieter street. We would have loved some fruits or a different bread because the breakfast itself was dry and hard to stomach. The pedestal van worked well and did its job. However, it's not the most convenient ventilation machine. My side (the van side) was always a lot colder than my partners side.
