Be careful with this hotel, I got scammed. When I arrived, the front desk employee told me the owner wanted to offer me a discount on my room, even though I had already paid through Booking.com. I thought it was a nice gesture at first. However, she then told me I needed to cancel my Booking.com reservation in order to receive the discount, so I did. While I was paying, the front desk employee asked if I liked jewelry. I assumed she was going to recommend a local jewelry store, so I said yes. Instead, she took off her ring and tried to give it to me. I was hesitant and didn’t want it, but she kept insisting it was a gift and asked me to leave a good review about her to the owner. I don't like confrontation, so I didn't argue. Once I got to my room, I felt very uncomfortable about the entire situation and decided I no longer wanted to stay there. About 30 minutes later, I checked out. The front desk employee was no longer there, so I left both the room key and the ring at the front desk before leaving. I contacted the owner via WhatsApp to explain what had happened. She didn't seem concerned, and when I asked for a refund, I never received a response. Fortunately, Booking.com refunded the original reservation, since I had canceled it during check-in, so I wasn't charged twice. However, I never received a refund for the payment I made directly to the hotel. Overall, this was a very uncomfortable experience, and I would not recommend staying here, especially if you are traveling alone.

The receptionist was very kind and even waited for me outside the property. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location is great – close to the city center and the metro station. It was also very convenient to leave luggage after check-out. Highly recommended

The property is in the very center of Napoli: within walking distances to all major attractions and transportation hubs. And yet, it’s hidden in the back of the building and facing a quiet, charming little alley, which assures a night of quality sleep after various activities during the day. It is extremely well maintained, spotless clean and comfortable and feels much more spacious thanks to the beautiful, high ceilings in the room. Classic, elegant Napoli period building with all sorts of architectural details and blesses with lots of natural light. Last but not the least, the staff is so professional, friendly, kind and welcoming. My host Mariana was the best: she confirmed my arrival time and assured to welcome me in person upon check-in. Can’t wait to return to Napoli and stay here again! Thank you for providing a home away from home! Absolutely nothing

The location was good between the port and train station The listing says 24 hour front desk which isn’t accurate. You have to let them know arrival time so they can meet you. The rooms are on a floor of an old apartment block with no signage on the street so you’d never find it on your own. When I booked I already knew my flight details and arrival time and booked with free late arrival yet property tried to charge me a fee for late arrival. The room I had was VERY basic. Certainly not something anyone would want unless their objective was lowest cost.

Very nice rooms in a good location, quite close to a metro station, the staff were very helpful and friendly. Take care as the hotel is located in complex that is signposted as 'Accademea Militare', the reception is not staffed all of the time so ensure that you communicate your arrival time with the hotel. The hotel used Whatsapp for communications. There are no facilities to leave luggage prior to check-in but the hotel does provide lockers to leave luggage when checking-out. You are provided with keys to the 'Accademea Militare' door and the door to the hotel (on the 1st floor) so you can enter the hotel.

very good location to goto any where by walk or by metro. breakfast is not so good but ok. soso. the room should clean every day.

Everything about the stay in Bovio Suite was perfect. The location, the spacious room, the cleanliness. And the cherry on top was the warmth of the hosts who managed the property. Highly recommended.

Location was handy as just across the road from the Metro stop, Antonio was very friendly and helpful and recommended places to visit and restaurants. I was able to drop my bag off before official check in time which was handy. Room was really big with a tv and a fridge. The bathroom was very clean and well equipped. Signposting on the main door could be clearer as I couldn't find the place listed from the main road.

Comfortable room in the center of Naples, close to public transport, restaurant, cafes and important sights. Staff is very friendly and super helpful. The room is spacious, it has a fridge and has a good air conditioning system. Breakfast was provided by a cafe across the street, which I really appreciated. Although the property is on one of the mayor streets of Naples, the rooms are on a different side of the building, which prevents the loud noises from the street from reaching them. The shower head could use some maintenance.

Staff were very nice and pleasant,I was late arriving but they kept in touch throughout and were very patient Whilst I enjoyed the breakfast experience I would prefer to have it at the location and more choices.
