Quiet and cozy place run by family in the loving memory of nona:) very clean, offering super service which is more can be treated as a family thing not a service...parking available and lot of food solutions around... First impression that it will be difficult because toilet is separated was wrong...even a new experience for me that perfectly worked out....so cant say that I didnt like it simply was a new and positive

The breakfast was outstanding. Plenty of food - and enough to take away for lunch, if you wanted it. Good choice of pastries, savoury, and cereal, as well as fruit and fruit juice. The location was fine. It is about a 25 minute trip (including the walk to the bus stop) to the centre of Naples, and a few restaurants within easy walking distance. The room was very quiet and comfortable - the pictures are accurate. The owners were very helpful, and quick to respond to any queries or requests. It is very short walk to the university (Monte S. Angelo campus), where I attended a conference. Maybe a bit more detail about the arrival procedure would be helpful, but a very minor comment.

Absolutely exceptional! One of the best stays I’ve ever had. Everything was perfect — from the warm and professional welcome to the spotless cleanliness and incredible attention to detail. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. Their kindness, responsiveness, and genuine hospitality truly stood out. The place itself was stunning — beautifully maintained, cozy, and full of positive vibes. I honestly didn’t want to leave! It felt like a home away from home, only better. Every little request was met with a smile and handled right away. I can't recommend this place enough. If you're looking for a stay that combines comfort, elegance, and outstanding service, this is it. I will 100% be coming back!

The hosting couple are warm and genuine people who will shower you with information and ideas on what to do while there. The room is fabulous, and the breakfast delicious and opulent, to say the least. Although a bit out of the center, the connection with metros is fast, easy and safe. Truly a wonderful place to stay when visiting Naples and surroundings.

Four of us stayed in two rooms here. The rooms were modern, spacious, clean and comfortable. An excellent breakfast was delivered to the kitchen each morning. Valentina was very helpful providing us with local information and answering any questions we had (and making sure we all ate enough). Although outside the centre of Naples, there are bars, restaurants and supermarkets within easy walking distance. The metro station is also not far away. Very convenient for the football stadium! Would definitely stay again if we return to Naples.

Very clean, modern yet cozy apartment in a non-touristy area. The apartment is located in a beautiful building complex, it is quiet and clean. To enter, you first have to open a gate (which made me feel very safe). In the area there are mostly locals, it is not too loud & busy, and you get an insight to how the locals live. The apartment has everything you need. The cleanliness and the goodies (so much bath stuff ;)) meet and even exceed hotel standards. But the friendliness of the hosts makes you feel at home. Not only were we given tips about where to go and what to eat, but the hosts also do everything to meet the individual needs of the guests. When it came to breakfast, Valentina got vegan baked goods & milks for me upon finding out that I'm vegan, which shows how much effort she puts in to make her guests happy. My husband and I enjoyed staying here and highly recommend this place!
