First of all, I really appreciate the support that I received from everyone associated with the property. Everyone was so kind and provided great support! There wasn't anything I didn't like about the property and the people. The location was great and it was easy to navigate around the city and it was close to the ferry port terminal.

Perfect location. Walking distance to nightlife. Amazing view. I had the deluxe suite. Beautiful room!!!!!!! Room could be a little colder. It’s like ac only blows fan at night and didn’t kick on with cool air til morning. I’m a hot sleeper so slightly uncomfortable.

The staff was good and very responsive but completely remote. It's a great location and the room was impeccably clean. Reported a dripping faucet in my bathroom that never got fixed. Maid came and left all the windows open; room was muggy and smelled like a Naples sewer. Never did get the HVAC to work right. It is a guest house and the only probems that will get fixed are over the phone.

Couldn’t a better location with a cute coffee shop around the corner and a taxi stop right outside. The square can be a bit noisy at night but that is the only potential issue. Bathroom is spacious and nice to have a blow dryer!

Great location, very clean and comfortable with balcony and a nice view of the city. There is no interaction with any physical staff. All access to the room is through an app on your phone to gain access to the building and apartment. Takes a little to get used to but is fine once you start. Had no issues.

The keyless entry worked well, once we figured out how to use, and was not a problem but it does require a mobile connection to access. (We purchased an Airalo data plan before traveling which helped us be able to access the room.)

The property was absolutely amazing

Excellent location. Comfy bed. Clean room. Noisy. Poor shower. Being an apartment, some basic utensils would have been helpful. Side plate etc

Perfect location for our first time in Napoli. Super clean. Comfy bed and pillows. We had the best time exploring and then coming back to collapse in the most comfortable bed. Don’t hesitate to book this room. There was nothing not to like. It was perfect.

The location was fabulous and having a balcony really added to the ambience. The hot tub was great also, especially after a long day of walking! The room could do with a freshen, and a small snag list would bring it up to being very special, e.g. the fittings on the hot tub were loose, the toilet seat, though not broken, was wobbly. The wall paper also looks a bit tired in places.

It was very clean. Bed is comfortable. Bathroom is really nice. Very spacious. The rooms are not soundproof as stated. Coffee machine only had 2 capsules for 5 days with 1 cup! Quite noisy outside constantly, but that is due to the location.
