Frebi's Home - Bed & Breakfast

The hotel was clean, the staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was nice.

The breakfast was mostly pastries, pure carbs in general. The room could have been cleaner as well, there were some hairs in the bed and in the mini bar, and the vine glass had prints and makeup stains meaning it wasn't cleaned since it was last used.

The personnel at Frebi's were friendly, accommodating and welcoming. They kept the place clean and breakfast was varied each day. Frebi's is within walking distance from the Centrale (Garibaldi) station and from the old Centro Storico area with the many historical attractions as well as eating and drinking establishments. The entrance is not well marked but we were able to figure it out using street view on Google Maps. Frebi's is on the 3rd floor so it is important to communicate with them and figure out how you will access the facility if your arrival is outside of normal hours. You need physical keys (not door entry codes) to get into the building and into Frebi's. There is a tram line passing front of the property, but the noise wasn't too bad - will depend on which room you are assigned.

Breakfast not quite up to the standard of some other places.

The hotel was sparkling clean and apparently freshly painted. As we approached the hotel, the owner kept in contact via Booking email and virtually opened both front and hotel doors and our room was ready. Comfortable room, usual Italian breakfast. To find Casanova Street from train station, veer off to right, look for McDonalds on corner and head up that street. We walked to historic city center and Archaeological museum. Close to train station to take trains to Pompeii and Herculaneum Not a thing

The balcony was great, we enjoyed the views most night of our stay. Check in was easy and smooth. The staff were wonderful. The location is great if you want to be close to the main train station, it is easy to get to other areas of town from there. Not the best area for walking around - very busy.

The BnB was a cute and comfy place to stay in the midst of the city. It felt like a different world inside compared to outside. The distance from the main station was reasonable. The hosts were kind and warm to us. The food and beverages they provided for the breakfasts were satisfactory. The locks on the doors helped us feel safe inside. The step in the bathroom would sometimes trip us. Going outside of the BnB we did not feel safe in the surrounding neighborhoods. The elevator was a bit cramped and felt a bit dangerous.

The staff was super! The location was very close to central station. For us, we should have stayed closer to ferry port. But still not too bad of a walk. Naples unfortunately is filthy, but the pizza ? is phenomenal! The shower could use a scrub, and the street outside the building is full of trash. Naples needs to do better with trash issues.

The build did no say much but inside was great. The easy access and the hosts very kind. The rooms perfect, clean and really nice decorated, bathrooms very clean and big. The neighborhood was to crowded and dirty.

very friendly staff, very tasty food and coffee at breakfast they let us check in earlier at 12 instead of 4pm and keep our bags there the noise from outside, but I dont think you can find a quiet place in Naples since the city itself its noisy

- room was in general very comfortable and spacious, equipped with everything you need like fridge, hairdryer or slippers - staff was really nice - breakfast was great with the fresh coffee, salty option each day, fruits and many sweet options - the common parts like corridor and kitchen were also really nice - great pressure and drainage in the shower - neighbourhood is not the nicest one, but we really appreciated the short walking distance to train, airport shuttle bus, supermarket and many restaurants - the bed was definitely too soft for us - the noise from the traffic is very loud in the city-view room so take earplugs with you - the internet connection could be faster and more stable
