finding this address was particularly difficult, the streets were very old, and the cobblestones were uneven, dragging my suilcase I had to ask for directions at every intersection, it would have been very helpful to tell the passenger to drop off at the nearest street beforehand

The property was clean and homely, it was perfect for our short stay! The host was friendly and gave us many suggestions and took care of all of our needs.

Room was nice. Staff are very friendly and offer great tips about the city. We were just there overnight waiting for a flight but ended up having a little mini vacation at the end of our vacation with all the info we were given. Location is right in the old town. Alley to the apartment is sketchy af at night time. Probably perfectly safe but looks like something out of a jack the ripper movie!

Great staff. Breakfast was very good . Giuseppe was amazing. Took us on a private tour of the Amalfi coast for a full day…absolutely amazing.

The owner is very nice. The room is clean. The price/value were very good. Wish I had known before i came that this is only a three room hotel in a very old building on a street in Naples I otherwise would never want to go in. I am used to big/inner city living, though was really put off at both the exterior and interior of building in which this small hotel was located. Absolutely impossible to find without someone coming out to retrieve you. Cannot complain about the price or cleanliness, though wish I had seen review like mine prior to reserving to give me a better sense of what I would be staying in. Breakfast room also extremely small with the owner/other help hovering over you the entire length of your breakfast which I found very uncomfortable in such a cramped room Would have preferred to spend more money and stayed in different setting. see above

The rooms are clean and comfortable. Guiseppi is a wonderful host making us breakfast every morning and helping us with directions and taxis. Its a great location in an area with lots of restaurants and night life which can be noisy. You have to go up a flight of stairs before getting to the lift. But Guiseppi helped with the bags. And it's hard to find, but Guiseppi helped by meeting us on the corner.

It was convenient to the downtown monuments. The sir-conditioning worked well, which is unusual in Italy. Owner was very friendly and accommodating. Very thin walls…any associative noise was heard, but it’s in a large block of flats.

Map isn't exact where hotel is. Makes cabs challenging

Giuseppe was wonderful in every way. He was an excellent host, very accommodating, kind, artistic, and interesting. He has his own, beautiful photography (made into a hardbound book in addition to being hung on the walls) of the surrounding area and tourist sites. The rooms were clean, breakfast was good, and communication was excellent.

Loved the friendliness of the hosts - they gave us excellent advice about restaurants to try and things to do. We loved chatting with them during breakfast. The room was also extremely clean and well kept which we really appreciated. Nothing!

Gea Suites is very well located into the Centro Histórico of Naples. The room is spotless clean, and the breakfast is delicious, but the absolutely gem is Giuseppe. He is kind, well-informed, and always read to help and a wealth of knowledge about Naples and beyond. If you are interested in going to the Amalfi Coast, do not hesitate to take a private tour with him. It was a great experience, and we highly recommend it. Overall, it was a great experience.

Clean, comfortable, breakfast in a dining area every morning. The area outside the building entrance is a dirty rather dark alleyway. It is characteristic of the area, but a negative nevertheless.

The property is clean , and the staff are awesome. Nothing

Perfect location in the historic centre of Naples.

  • Engine customer Apr 2025

The location is fantastic. The room was comfortable, with a great mattress and spotless bathroom. Quick Wi-Fi and decent breakfast. The staff were the highlight. Everyone was incredibly helpful and gave perfect recommendations on places to see, spots to eat, and direction. They were quick to reply on WhatsApp whenever we had a question. The building entrance is a bit sketchy (that is the case with many places in Naples old town though). Although there is a lift, you still have to go up a flight of stairs to get to it if accessibility is a concern. The breakfast could be a little more diverse.
