Bearable on the whole. The internet was good. - The lady who runs the place does not speak a word of English. - My room had one window that opened into the building internal service area (see picture). - The room and the bathroom needed deep cleaning (see picture). - Breakfast was offered in a nearby cafe and consisted on one piece of pastry and a cup of coffee or tea, nothing else! - The accommodation is located in a very noisy area.

Ok location. There was a big yellow stain on the wall. Also windows did not close completelly. Breakfast was a cup of coffee and a croissant.

The room was even better than the photos. It was very spacious, had beautiful high ceilings, and air conditioning which made our sleep very good. It was very well equipped, it even came with single-use house slippers. The location was also perfect, we started our mornings with the included-breakfast at paussa cafe. There was an amazing pizza place nearby called Starita, would recommend it. Also! the location was very cozy and local, the people were very kind. Thank you Pasquale for hosting us! It was a great stay.

Room was beautiful, clean, organized, had everything I needed, from soaps to slippers. It was a bit small but didn’t really matter. Breakfast was great!!’

The owners were super helpful and accommodating after we were delayed due to train issues. Apartment is perfectly presented, clean and spacious, excellent facilities. Right next to an excellent bar and pizzeria. Walk a few mins to nearby hill for amazing views.

Everything was very good. It is not a real hotel, but apartment with 5 rooms on second floor of a residential building. Good size of the room, quiet, very clean, close to Metro station(5-6 min walk), close to Pizza Starita, breakfast in nice cafe nearby with fresh croissans and very good coffee. Only some small things- there were only 3 hangers in the wardrobe, there is no shelf in the shower tube for shampoo, shower gel etc. There is a common blanket and sheet for us both but the sheet is not big enough, so you are in touch with the blanket, which has been in touch by other guests. The coffe maker in the kitchen needs a short user instruktions. We do not know how it works, so we did not use it.

It is renewed, very clean and tidy and the room is spacious. The staff is incredibly nice and accommodating. It had an elevator so luckily we didnt have to struggle with our luggage. It is in the center of the residential area, around 5 mins walk from bus station and 7 mins walk from the metro station. In the metro it takes at least 12 mins to get to the toledo area or other touristic areas

nice, spacy room. Very large extra room where you can have breakfast, coffee, tea. . Fresh sweet breakfast - ordered via whatsapp or takeaway. Very near to undeground and favourite pizzeria.

The design and the facilities. The WiFi coverage is not enough.

Everything was perfect, starting with the location through the tidyness, to the host. Great communication with the owner - kind and supportive. The kitchen was prepared for coffee and tea lovers. Full of small things for breakfast or the evening snack. You can have the breakfast delivered to the kitchen or prepared at the nearby coffee shop. Tasteful and warm. Our room was equipped with a TV with Netflix and other apps, AC, fresh and clean towels, literally anything you can think of. The location was great as well. You can get to the city centre by walk (around 20m) or take the metro (4m walk). Overall 10/10, would recommend to anyone anytime! Everything was on point.

The room was very clean and fresh The impression from the outside, the entrance, the lack of guidance in reaching the place.

The host is very kind and helpful. Their B&B is spotless clean. Bathroom is very spacious and well equipped. We love the way they manage to provide breakfast to guests, very thoughful. B&B is pretty close to a metro station (Materdei station) or only 10 minutes walk you will find yourself in the heart of the old town. Nothing

I love how responsive the staff was. Always answered my questions. I loved how big my room was. Very clean. I loved the extras, like the toiletries, slippers, the snacks, breakfast items available to cook, drinks. Makes things convenient. In addition to that, there is a breakfast place and dinner place they highly recommend and are 2 minutes away.

We were very happy with our stay at this lovely, newly refurbished hotel, It was very comfortable including a comfortable bed and lots of extras that gave it a resort feel. The kitchen was equipped with modern appliances and stocked with everything you could need and more including ham and eggs, You can also get fresh bakery items brought to you, or visit the cafe a short distance away. our hosts were more than helpful and friendly, and we appreciated that they spoke English. They also provided directions to places we might like to see. This is not a tourist area, but an authentic Napoli neighborhood which is what we prefer, but that means the street in front of the main door is cobblestone and slender so you have to negotiate the road. We loved it.
