They took me to another apartment in another building,old and ran down The smell from the drain was bad and there was hair in the sheets.

Great location near metro / train / bus terminal station (which serves as meeting point for lot of tours if you choose to use tour agency)

FAFA is very friendly to talk with but she doesn't speak that much English, but she's very helpful. The view and location just amazing, very convient to go anywhere. The bathroom stinks so bad, foung random bugs on my bed. the smell from bidet is horriable.

Close to the central station it offers everything you need. Staff is very friendly, me and my dog have been welcomed nicely.

Good location, Reasonable price, Early check in possible, Luggage storage before flight possible, La doña Fafa, the owner, is very nice! It was a bit difficult to check in as there was no prior communication with the owner. No message on booking how to get there - it’s not obvious, because when you get to the door, you see the sign, but no way to get in. I had to wait till someone opens the front door and then I had to sit in the steps for a while before the owner arrived. I would suggest that the owner provides better communication via WhatsApp or booking prior to check in. Breakfast is not at the property, it’s at a cafe nearby, croissant and coffee.

I've booked a room with balcony and fridge. The woman at the hotel showed me my room. When she left two older men put me in a different room, a smaller one without fridge or balcony. Since I travelled alone they completely ignored me, lied that the room's "name" was balcony. I contacted booking.com and the next day I got a different room, but they refuged to get my money back for the first night. Do not stay here.

The lady checking me in was really nice. I booked a room in La Casa di Fafa, the lady took me to a different apartment which looked nothing like the one I booked. No balcony, no fridge, not even a glass or a cup to have a drink of water. The room was pretty much run down with holes in walls and not being fixed or looked after for a long time. I thought of making a complaint immediately but the lady - although she was nice -could not speak a word of English. The room is just kept so that it is not totally dirty. Very low standard indeed. What annoys me is when I see such a dramatic difference between what they show you when they want to sell it to you and then reality is just complete opposite. But yes. I survived and it could have been worse :-)

Central location. Quick check-in. Reported me as a no-show to Booking.com and got charged twice for my stay.
