It is noisy even with windows shut. Only one chair for a double room. The shower was very very basic.

Not great, but not terrible. You pay cash - we never got our change, it was just €2 but still, he said he would and he didn't. The rooms have poor insulation so you can hear pretty much everything in the other rooms, but the windows are very good quality so you don't have noise from the street. The blanket was about as thin as the sheet, but the bed was pretty comfy. So, not great, but not terrible.

The location is in a great spot, close to the old town and not too far from the port and train station. The room was quiet and clean. The room is simple but has everything you need. The cleanliness is excellent. /

Nothing. The bathroom wasn't clean at all . It smelled like piss and you can see the piss stains on the floor where they didn't clean. I'm glad I was only there to sleep . Would not recommend this place at all. Beds were very uncomfortable and no sheets. If you like sleeping in prison beds this place is definitely for you. The place was bad. Bed was in really bad condition. Also they had not clean the room while we stay. The water for shower was cold.

I would have liked a fridge and a toaster in the room

There was no breakfast There was no staff in the place, they just give you a set of keys to get in from the street, very stressful. They said check out time is 10am and almost poor threw me out cos I thought that checkout was by 11amor noon.

Location in the city centre near the train station It was fairly clean, but bedding was dirty. Very bad soundproofing, could hear everything from the other rooms and the hallway. Room not the same as the pictures

The location is very good for exploring Naples. Close to the city centre and the train station. The room was clean and spacious and the beds were comfortable. Our room was facing a backyard and it was quiet. Our room had an air condition and we had a nice temperature in the room. There was an electric kettle but dirty and and not so functional and no cups, spoons etc to make a coffee in the morning. There was no hand soap.

Location was central but so noisy. Very poor room condition, There was a bug walking on the walls, dirty towels and sheets, mattress was so uncomfortable and old. Room has that very bad smell that couldn’t make me sleep.

I like that it was close to public transportation and main sites. Another great thing was that it had air conditioning in the room. The room was dirty - when we entered the room there were black hairs on the bed and In the bathroom. Also we didn’t have a plastic bag in the bin, and there was a cockroach walking around the room.

The room is quite spacious and there is some spaces to leave your clothes. There is a fridge in the common space, you can leave your bottle of water in there. The mattress was confortable. The window are thins: you can hear the noisy street from the room. I slept with my earplugs.
