Convenient location Staff responded quickly with Whatsapp, just the room and facilities not great Hair dryer didn't work (overheat and cut off every 20-30 seconds of use), staff couldn't assist promptly Bed mattress wasn't comfy Room smelled bad, smelled like the previous guest smoked in the room and they didn't clean it properly. Smelled bad during my whole stay. Location was close to station but a bit rough area Cannot store your luggages at the place after you checked out, which I thought should be basic service

Nice and helpful host, very clean room and separate private bathroom, location very convenient near central station in quiet street. The bedmatrass was a bit firm and uncomfortable

There was writen that there are two beds in the room, but there was one double bed and one folding bed. And there was only one blanket first night. Every day something was broken, shower, toilet, and the last day was no hot water.

Location: very close to railway and underground stations, but also the city centre. Hosts: very friendly, happy to help and available. Room: nice and tidy, clean, with all the comforts, recently refurbished, especially the bathroom. Breakfast was not served as described on Booking.com, but we were not interested, we wanted to have it out to experience all the Neapolitan pastries.
