A really good location, close to central station, the waterfront and dumo etc etc, the staff were very friendly and helpful, provided us with a map, recommended places to go to and the rooms were kept clean and tidy every day, would stay here again and would have no problems recommending to anyone who wants a great location in a great city Being very picky here the window shutter in our room was broken resulting in daylight coming into the room from sunrise which didn't ruin our stay but would need addressing if you wanted a lie in and the shower riser was broken but I McIvored it with a tea spoon

Location very quiet. As soon as you enter you smell an exceptional perfume. A good terrace for having breakfast.

Excellent location but traffic noise is bad as it’s on main road of Naples. V good price. Clean. Comfy bed. Safe and secure. Poor air con that could not get below 16C. TV - no English Channels like BBC - just rubbish Italian TV. Poor WIFi

the shower cubicle and tiles were moldy. hot water came in a very small stream. the water reached the ankles in the shower tray because the drain was blocked. The breakfast selection is minimal. The bread was sold out, but they didn't bring it even though I asked for it.

Exceptional

You get what you pay for. So it was cheap and suitable for the price. So if you have no pretensions and want a cheap central place is fine. Think more hostel and less hotel. It is a one night stopover not far from the station, so all good!!

Location Bathroom cleanliness and shower

Señora from the cantine/cleaning staff and god knows what else. This is not a hotel, but a B&B (an apartment arranged for overnight rooms). The address on Booking is not an actual address of the hotel in question! When I called the front desk, it was suggested that I order a taxi!, although the actual location of the hotel was less than 1km from the fake one stated on Booking.com. Terrible breakfasts; a rotten eggs that can poison you, old fruits, and no vegetables. As a plus fresh croissants. No drinking water in the room. The eating area is the terrace of the apartment covered with plexiglass, cold and noisy. Wi-Fi is dangerous as there is no password whatsover so eventually I haven't used it...The Napoli's Gold claims to have soundproofed rooms which is a complete aberration. You can hear every sound from the next room, from the corridor and best of all from behind the window, despite the fact that it is closed. Even though I paid for the stay and completed it, the status of my reservation remained "cancelled". It is not only the fron desk's error, but also Booking's because despite providing Booking.com with the receipt, they did not change the booking status.
