Noah Gate Hotel & Suites

Amazing location near the airport for ease on an early morning flight or late arrival. Staff is kind and accessible. The afternoon staff is wonderful also with perfect English and such a great smile to feel comfortable. I used the beautiful lobby to work a bit because one great lighting there and felt at ease with the staff. I chose a room without a window by accident, which would have been ok for a one night stay but wasn’t ideal for me with my need for light. However, it was clean and happy and modern and comfortable. Would stay again next time in Naples.

Location was good, room new and very clean, staff was very helpful and willing to make you feel welcoming. The roof top is a good option for when you arrive and need a bit of relaxation. N/A

It was extremely noisy. The outside looked a little sketchy, but the inside seemed a little cleaner.

It was close to the airport although the taxi fee was pricy for such a short drive. The hotel is on a busy road with no place to walk to to eat or buy food. There are lamps, but plugs were in difficult to use areas of the walls. The hotel had only a few snack options behind a counter. During the night there was a loud rumbling sound behind our bed wall? And in the morning while brushing teeth with the water on, there was an obvious plumbing issue with "liquid" coming up thru the shower drain. We could not get the coffee maker to work, it just kept spitting grounds in our cup, and most the liquid kept leaking out. There was no manager on site at check out, but only cleaning staff.

Close to airport. That’s all. Room bathroom mirror was very dirty. Doors were paper thin could hear everything going on outside, even an insect walking. Elevator was very janky, got stuck going up, had to send it back down and we took the stairs instead.

Clean and close to the airport. Quite small room and the windows were at the very top, without access. We had the first room next to the reception, so it was also loud from other guests.

Close to the airport. The rooms were very large and nice. Comfortable beds and nice big glass bottles of water in the fridge. The lobby was beautiful. Shower was good and lots of towels. The location is close to the airport so we decided to walk there as a test and then take a taxi back. The roads were filthy and parts had no sidewalks. Doggy poop all over too. Also, the access to the front door is scary. The road is very very busy and our taxi had to pull over and we had to jump out between cars wizing by. We had a double room and both the door handles fell off. For food we were directed to a cafe on the same side of the road just a short distance but it was very loud and barely passable for facilities. Salad was barely eatable. The hotel only had a small area for bottled drinks and snacks like ritz crackers for sale. I would never stay there again or recommend it.

Nice staff relativitly new and clean My friend rental care was stolen from the front of the hotel after the staff told us is ok to leave it there. No garace or parking.

There was no breakfast Yes we arrived earlier about an hour. When we entered we were not greeted with even a hello. They said and this is fine the rooms are not ready. Thats okay with us we went out to eat. And enjoyed the small family restaurant about three blocks down. The rooms were ready when we returned. The staff did put out luggage in our rooms. They seemed distracted and were intercting with each other or a workman who was there. A little more hospitality would have been welcomed.
