DO NOT STAY HERE! Unacceptable customer service. Locked out of the room that was already paid for because the arrival of the airplane was delayed. Although they were informed about the delay in advance of the reception closure, they still didn’t accommodate and left us stranded in Napoli in the middle of the night and kept harassing us with messages saying they didnt care about us being left without a room and they would definitely not refund us. DO NOT STAY HERE! Worst customer service we have ever experienced.

A nice location, the light room. An interior is fresh and interesting. The reception is working well, and the administrator is friendly The room is not clean, I mean, there was a lot of hair and dust all over the room. There is no sound insulation at all. When the cleaning lady came, she just added some toiletries and made the bed, no brooming or cleaning. In addition, we booked a deluxe room, which was supposed to have 1 queen bed. However, we had two single beds that just stood next to each other and moved away during sleep

They ask deposit money. But returned not 14 days as its wrote. Still wait my eur. Already 4 month at least.

It was clean and new. The cleaners were very pleasant. The office staff were very rude and sloppy. They tried to charge us €300 extra by mistake. They didn’t provide the flat number initially. We paid for 3 beds and there were only two in a very small room. We had to complain in order to get a camp bed set up in a new room. The mattress was divided in two so was uncomfortable. The room was very small, but modern and clean. After a month and a half, I am still waiting for the other half of my deposit to be returned. I have messaged them countless times and have complained to Booking.com. Now they claim that I smoked in the room and left cigarette butts there, but have provided no evidence of that. My family are extremely anti-smoking and do not smoke. We were travelling with my 9 year old niece! Be careful. This hotel is not to be trusted!!!

It was cheap We needed somewhere to stay for one night and this was the cheapest option. Boy do you get what you pay for. The air conditioning didn't work, and it was incredibly noisy - you could hear every single thing that happened in the hallway. Additionally, they took at 200 euro deposit and to date have not refunded it and they will not reply to inquiries about returning it (even though they were previously responding). Save your money and go elsewhere, it's not worth it.

There is no reception area to ask for help. The reception is in another building far away and they didn't understand English when I phoned. I wanted to stay another night but it was easier to move. And try finding what hotel it is when you're a foreigner...extremely hard. The furniture in the room was made of pallets and there was a terrible painting on the wall. People pay good money and you give them cheap ugly decor

It had a beautiful sight to the of Naples. The cleannes of the apartment overall. The aurconditioning worked perfectly just as the water temperature. They should provide the least ammount of cleaning supplies.

Balcony and air conditioning Reception was hard to find, checking in was difficult online, staff were unhelpful, was promised a mini fridge which was not there and there was no cups in the room.

The location, price and room were fantastic ☺️ The deposit idea with the non refundable base is a pity. I was forced to contact daily to get my deposit back. However, apart this minus everything was great.

in order to enter the room, i had to make a deposit of 200 EUR. As it was too late to find a new room, we made the payment, as we assumed the funds would be refunded as promised. Now, more than 2 months later, the funds have still not been paid back. I would advise everybody to not book this hotel , as you end up paying much much more!

The place itself is comfy, clean and the toilet has a seat, which is quite a pleasant surprise in this part of Italy. The staff was nice, despite the fact that the company's deposit policy is outrageous. This was not my first booking on booking. During the same visit to Italy we stayed in another apartment. When booking through Booking I assume that I can pay attention mainly to price and size, and the other issues are standarized in the form of icons. I was wrong. Shortly after fully paying for the reservation, I received a message on Whatsapp on my phone for making a Check In in an external site. This is where I had my first red flag. So I decided to check-in after arriving to Naples in the ClaPa Group front desk. It turns out that despite the fact that I use an intermediary such as Booking it is necessary for me to pay by credit or debit card 200 Euros deposit. Surprised by this information I am instructed by the lady at the reception, that this information was given in the details of the offer, in text form. Cash is not possible. I only have a debit card. The lady at the reception desk informs: in this situation, the refund will process 30 working days. Allegedly this is the fault of the bank. Put against the wall, I decide to pay, despite the fact that the value of this deposit exceeds the fee for 2 nights, which was about 115 euros. Next to me is a customer who would like to extend an already paid for stay by 1 night. In this situation, even though he has a paid deposit, he finds out that he has to pay an additional deposit. Why is there such a deposit at all? The lady at the front desk says it's the reason behind it was cheaper on Booking then directly through their site. With them on the site when you make a reservation, there is no such deposit. I paid. The reservation ended on May 11. It reaches July. I still have no funds in my account, so first through Booking, then Whatsapp I remind myself. The phone is not answered by anyone. Despite the problems, after a few days I receive a refund of the deposit to my account.
