Wonderful, beautiful hotel in a safe and high end location of Naples. The hotel is stunningly appointed and it is kept very clean. Our room was lovely and comfortable. Easy walking access to the main shopping and busier parts of Naples. Luxury shopping stores just around the corner for easy walking access. Would stay again! Nothing

The location was perfect, the facility was clean, very classy very safe. It was an oasis in the heart of the city. The only thing I didn’t like was that there was no pool.

Great location Shower was poor and ended up holding shower head when shower was used. Not what you would expect from a 4 star hotel. Breakfast was not as good as the amalfi coast as fruit did not taste as fresh, plus staff were quite inattentive.

Excellent hotel in a fantastic city-centre location. The property is very clean, and although the rooms are not particularly large, they are pretty comfortable. Overall, a great stay and I would definitely recommend it. The only downside is the breakfast. It could offer a better selection, especially towards the end of service. Finishing at 10:00 am feels a little early—extending it to 10:30 am and replenishing the buffet until the end would make a noticeable difference.
