This is an historic palace. So much marble going up the stairs. There is also an elevator. The room furnishings are antique, which I love even though you might be afraid of breaking something. It’s location on the lively via Toledo was surprisingly quiet with the double doors. The rooftop terrace! Couldn’t get enough of that. The hosts were very accommodating. Grazie Only nitpicking, but we could only find one electrical outlet.

Lack of amenities in rooms, like coffee or a kettle.

Good location. The breakfast could be better

Great location. Nice building

Loved the location and the roof top patio. Breakfast served on the roof was awesome and finding out this is a palace super cool. Unfortunately the bed was really uncomfortable, the table needs repairs and there was only one chair at the table. Also, the tiny fridge was on the floor and the power to the room shut off when you left the room with the keys.

Upon arrival, it was a little difficult to know where to go.

Perfectly located between the Spanish and Historic district, ideal for first-timers in Napoli. Beautiful terrace for breakfast in the sunshine. Fernand and his team were very attentionnée and gave us great recommendations to help us explore the city

Old world charm. Difficult to access through the street. Breakfast was very poor.

The location was perfect, close to very lively and vibrant Quartieri Spagnoli. The staff was very friendly, always ready to give us recommendations and valuable hints where to go. What I liked the most was that they also told us what not to do, which places and services were over-valued or too crowded. "You would not like it" is the most valuable and time-saving advice one can get!

Location in an historic building and Naples key cultural sites. Proximity to the port and restaurants.. The bonhomie of host Fernand. The breakfast terrace and service. Very noisy airconditioning kept us awake.

Great location, very attentive staff who showed us a map of all the cool places in town, gave restaurant recommendations and helped us get a cab to the airport.

Beautiful place to say and the staff were exceptional. They took such care in ensuring my partner had a wonderful birthday celebration thank you

The location is brilliant, you’re within easy walking distance to a lot of bars and restaurants. Plus, you’re a short walk from both Dante and Montesanto stations are well connected. Even though you are so central, the hotel is very quiet and peaceful. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and give very good recommendations!
