Big bathroom, fine location Good value for money It is more an AirBNB than an hotel. No one to return the key to when we checked out (we tried calling and he didn’t answer). The bedroom is super tight.

cool space, cool furniture i didnt love the fact that you needed to put a coin in the elevator to use it, bed was a little creaky and i just stayed there before a flight so it didnt really matter

Quite ok as position. Nice staff. Beautiful design. Restaurants nearby. Old furniture, even if it was clear that room was clean, because of the furniture and because rooms is empty,no carpet, all around gave a feeling of scarcity. Even the sheets, not brightly white, made us uncomfortable. A/C was not functional on heating mode, it stopped after few minutes. For one night, can be ok comparing price paid. Otherwise,no way for a longer stay.

I was welcomed very warmly. While I was on my way, they gave helpful directions and advice on how to get there. The staff member was very friendly. The room was nice, and I especially liked the very large bathroom with a window. The location is convenient, and there was a very good seafood restaurant nearby.

location was good, rooms were quiet. host was helpful and accommodating. bed + pillow was comfortable enough and everything was clean. common spaces smelled a little of cigarette smoke, but otherwise was pleasantly unscented (including no gross cleaning product smells or chemical room fresheners). shower didn't get hot, there was no coffee available in the morning (in spite of a large coffee machine). paint around the shower needs a refresh - lots of mold/mildew. television was glitchy (but mostly porn ads anyway - naples!) and never got on the wifi...

The facility is in an (very) old building, with the ground floor shared with the seafood restaurant adjacent to it. The main door from the street is shared with the restaurant kitchen personnel. The adjacent seafood restaurant was touted as one of the best in town by almost all taxi drivers who drove us, but we did not go there. There is a small elevator (adequate for two average-sized adults) operated with a 20-cent euro coin, located in an open area attached to the facility, which can be challenging to access in inclement weather, especially since the floor is covered with cobblestones. The bedroom with the ensuite bath is large and rather "antique". Our room was in a corner, which had two huge and tall windows, one on each side. It is situated in a bustling area, within walking distance of numerous eateries, and it is easy to get taxis on the street directly in front of the door. The "bumpy", "messy" (and occasionally "fishy"/smelly) area between the entrance from the street and the tiny old elevator.

For other do not tell customer to parking that garage they charge too hight 30uro ./day but you tell in booking just 20uro

The room was spacious and clean. Friendly staff to greet and book in. High up and nice decor in fitting with the city. Location, it was quite far to walk to main tourist locations and taxi’s were expensive. I stayed on a Sunday and guess that public transport was not in operation. Car parking €30 euros to park round the back, over priced for the area, they take your keys and were awkward with me when I wanted to pay by card, essentially demanding cash.

We were here only for one night. Upgraded to a large room. Everything was very comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly. Lots of restaurants down on the street. Easy to find as most taxi drivers know the place. Centrally located. Will stay here again if back in Naples.

We didn’t stay too long as it was our last day before heading back home so we were looking for a location close to the airport. Great communication from Antonio! He let us in right when we got to the place and helped organize a taxi for our early flight the next morning Rooms could use some updating in the bathrooms but overall it worked for a night.

The decor was very beautiful

The hotel receptionist met us on arrival after making contact the morning of check in. Easy to find. Short walk from metro. Short drive to airport. Quiet with the windows shut. Receptionist gave us 20c for the elevator. It is on 4th floor which may be an issue for some. Small elevator but 20c required per journey. Beware that the airport bus that stops right outside the hotel does not take cash or card. You have to buy your ticket on an app! Taxi drove by and took us for €10 but could be problematic if not prepared.

The hotel is located in an old building, so we got to experience the architecture of the city from within. The interiors matched the expectations for the experience, which contributed to our overall enjoyment. Located just outside the crazy parts of the citi center, the hotel was a brief walk away from everything.

Both Sergio, the owner, and Antonio, the receptionist, were very kind and very helpful. I can recommend the place to every one.

The place has great location! The staff was great! Little thing that is good to know is that the elevator is paid 20 cents per use, and it has to be 20 cent coin. The staff left for us after that so we can have just in case. Otherwise everything was great! Highly recommend!

Breakfast available in the description, not on the location. Coffee machine not even working at all.

The room is a good size, with all good facilities and very clean. There are a lot of restaurants on this street. It’s a little far walking to the touristy points.
